When I finally found and reached out to Mike via Yelp (thank u YELP!) with preliminary questions, he was responsive and got back to me within an hour and we scheduled a visit for later on the same day. Mike and Elisa came by and quickly diagnosed the issue in being a collapsed drywell which we decided to replace. We went with Mike after a day or so of deliberation because he was responsive via text on answering all our questions and his price was fair compared to 2 other providers we were speaking with. He also promised (and fulfilled it during time of installation) to fix any broken sprinkler lines and asphalt driveway as he needed to enlarge the existing catch basin/drain, while another provider we spoke with, did not agree to do that which meant post installation, we would need to hire irrigation company and contractor for additional repairs. The day of install Mike came with his crew and in a couple hours of time, installed a new drywell along with filling the previous sinkhole and gave me a detailed paid invoice. It was interesting looking in the large hole they dug with heavy machinery since its not something I see often time, his crew was courteous while I was there. Mike then returned as promised a few days later to repair the sprinkler/asphalt and offered to come back if any issues. I had a positive experience w/ Mike and would recommend.

They lie and then cheat. They put in a faucet which they told me was sigma which was actually a cheap knockoff. Stay away from this company. They are dishonest and incompetent.

He located and opened the septic tank that hasn't been opened in many years. He was honest and said it was fine and did not require service. I had him do it anyway since it was open and I wouldn't have to worry about it for a long time. He left it spotless! He returned the next day with his father (family business) with camera and all the tools needed to tackle a clog of any size. They used the camera to locate the mild clog and used a large snake to clear it. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and showed me everything as they worked so I learned a lot. Pricing was extremely fair. They are licensed, insured and guaranteed their work for a few months. I would highly recommend them.

We had a very shaky toilet that another plumber "fixed" 5 months prior. Mike got down to the bottom of the problem and gave me updates on what he was finding every step of the way. There were some major issues that needed to be fixed and Mike did not take any shortcuts, he was very transparent from start to finish. Our flange was rotted and Mike removed the broken flange put in a new flange set in concrete. He put in a new toilet and sealed it with silicone. We were charged $145 and hour + the price of supplies. It was worth every cent to know that everything was done properly this time around.
