I sent photos of my issues to Rick the manager. (My house is old from the 1930s and very tricky). Rick sent Daniel, a highly experienced pro plumber. I showed Daniel what needed to be done. New faucet for the kitchen and I also needed a new master valve for the water coming in to the house along with replacing some additional old valves in the basement. Daniel did an amazing job and even corrected the grounding for the wiring around the pipes. Once everything was done, he made sure there were NO leaks and that all components were working properly. There seemed to be a recurring problem with a relay. The first time they admitted the put in the wrong one. Then it need to be changed two more times. They covered it under warranty but said there must be a problem with the wiring.(And now that i think about it maybe becausebof the initial wrong relay THEY PUT IN). So until i got an electrical clearance they would not be covering . Which i felt was fine and fair. Their servive call and prices seemed fair and reasonable.
