He was very professional, detail oriented and most importantly, he kept in constact contact with me in all of my visits to the shop. The other thing I really liked about this place was the way that they send you a detailed report with pictures of the issues they find with your vehicle and classify them as urgent/routine. This really helped me proritize the services that were really needed versus the ones that could wait for another visit. And lastly, I love the fact that at no point in our interaction did I feel pressured into any services or was I forced to use them for specific products.
