Also, cost was reasonable... which we can't always say these days. Getting there takes some attention: Using address & any navigation app will get you 'almost' there, basically at entrance of Grace Ave. in Plainville (west off Whiting St.), which is a small industrial park and the road is "U" shaped. If you're driving south on Whiting, Universal Auto is 2nd entrance onto Grace Ave. Anyway, hopefully you don't need this service, but if you do, you'll be in good hands at Universal Auto (not to be confused w/ Universal Motors in nearby New Britain).
