Next day I take it to my mechanic and my mechanic tells me that 3/5 repairs that Firestone recommended were COMPLETE LIES. That there was nothing wrong. She said there was no availability to get me a new tire that day, so my only option was to leave my car there until they had time to fit me in, possibly the next day. Frustrated and stuck ( I would have paid anything to get helped out) I asked if I could pay someone to put my spare on for me, because I lacked the proper tools and strength to get the lug nuts off. My car was already on their property- and she denied me. I ended up calling Triple A to come throw my spare on so I could take it to Just Tires in Uptown- who took care of me IMMEDIATELY and calmed my anxiety instead of making me feel like an inconvenience. I ended up buying a full set of tires from them too, so your negligence and complete lack of customer service lost you a sale. Don't waste your time with these people. There are much better places that will treat you respectfully and with care.
