I would definitely recommend this place! My brother and mother use this place often but because I already had my personal mechanic I never used him. When my mechanic was unavailable, I called Gabe up. I had always heard he does not try to take advantage of the consumer and does only the work that is necessary. When I called to make an appointment, I spoke with Big Bird. Upon arriving, I was there to get shocks replaced. I planned to walk home and come back later but he did the work right there. I did not have cash but he did the work, gave me my receipt, and trusted me to leave with the car to get the money. I came back later with another car and got a drive shaft repaired. Drove home and it still felt funny. I took it back and Big Bird searched for a replacement part and asked me if I wanted used or new. It was done with ease. No worries! I will be back. read more

I do not live nearby but my car broke down at the gas station next door. It would not even try to start after I got out. I suspected the starter right away. I was worried about not knowing them but I figured I was stuck and they were literally right next door. The guy walked over and looked at my car in the gas station and was going to not take money if we got it started just with a jump or something. No go. He explains to me it is either the starter or the ignition switch. Says if it is the starter it would be 300 and be about 1.5 hours to do once they get it in. They did and I made it to work before noon. Great price and the squeezed me in as quickly as they could without warning to try and help me out. They were honest and upfront. Definitely would recommend and wish they were located closer to me so I could give them more work. read more
