They were very down to earth people, the owner was on site and when asked if we wanted the tire warranty he said oh never mind your not local, but did say if we had any ANY problems at all he would find a location, with cooper tires and make things right. Top notch customer service all around. No one plans to have to replace 4 tires (AWD) on a weekend trip but I guess if it does and your in Springfield, MA make City Tire your stop.

They admitted they did not have equipment to work on thermostat for Chevy Cruze.
