So Mike's looks nice and neat, has a great location with a fast wash and easy access to vacuums and such. I even bought into the hype and bought my wife a large pack of free washes for Christmas. She wasn't happy so she gave me a few to try. I drive s brand new 2017 Nissan Rogue Pearl White, so it shows the dirt pretty well. The problem with Mike's is every time I have been there I have had to go back and have them re-wash my car at least once and three times on one occasion. The workers seem very uninterested in their jobs and usually only do half of what is expected. Tonight after two washes I decided I was never going back regardless of my free washes, after a disgusting show of effort from the staff on my second wash of the night (due to lack of cleaning the first time) I got out of my car and after 2 runs through Mike's magic machine I still had large bird droppings on top and side of my car.... I could wipe them off but this huge machine could not clean them off?? I hope the picture is able to show and you can see what to expect after 2 Mike's washes back to back. read more

Went to get a car wash on Saturday Jan 17. Two lines, 4 deep, one attendant taking orders. His name was Alex. Started getting very chatty. Another attendant joined, but I was is the line for Alex. He continued to be chatty, while the other line was moving well. When I got to the front, he suddenly went over to a car that was bypassing the line, and got chatty there. He then when in the office. Came back out, then had problems with his tablet. I counted 9 cars that passed me by while he was doing all his shenanigans. When I complained, he told me he would pray for me! I guess he thinks that poor service is OK if you are a church goer! Poor service to do poor line management and with an employee who doesnt care and doesnt know how or have the ability to make up for causing poor service. read more

i love Mike's, I have been coming to the various locations for years. The staff is always friendly, and the wash does a great job to your car. I wanted to post to this car wash (and ironically Greg T. was obviously the person in front of me that day) in defense to the guy who helped me this past Saturday. As I was in line waiting there was only one guy talking to cars. and appx 8 cars in two lines. He was running back and forth taking orders doing a great job, then another associate joined and he was in my line. Thats when he ran over to help a third car in line (which he later explained to me what happened and i thought it was nice to help the guy out) once back in my line the guy in front of me, again, obviously was "Greg T" was very loud and rude to the employee. I did see the employee run inside but when he came out it looked like he was putting a battery in his device, so no biggie. What inspired me to write this post was the fact that the employee smiled the whole time the gentlemen in front of me was rude and cursing! I mean i could hear it from my truck!! What really tickled me was when the employee said thank you and bye to the gentlemen he said "he'll pray for him" and I thought yep that guy needs it lol. Through and through I will continue to come to Mike's not only for the great carwash but for the outstanding employees!! read more

I got 2 coupons for a free car wash in the mail. I used 1 of them today. The coupon was for "the works". It included the outside of the car only. Today, the vacuums were free but they won't always be. I saw it said deposit $1.00. The works would normally run $17. I did see the basic wash is $8. I honestly think it did a great job. It's one of those ride your car through the wash. The blowers and rollers come down. They do a great job. However, I think $17 is a lot to pay just to get the outside of the car washed. I know there are places that will also do the inside and I think it's about that price. read more

First every car wash I have been to has offered free vacuums and yet you purchase the $20 wash then have to pay for vacuums. Then I was told I could not go through until I removed the trailer ramps in my bed that weigh 100lbs. I don't believe they will fly out as I tried to explain. read more

I love this carwash! It's a little pricey ($17 for the highest level carwash) but it's well worth it. I have had my car washed at many, many carwashes in the area and this one does the best by far. You can also pay $25 a month to have unlimited washes. I'm thinking of going ahead and paying for that now that the weather is going to be consistently warmer. read more

I used to have a unlimited wash account here for about a year but I let it expire. Today i go into the Mikes here on Ky18 and im told i cant go through because of rust on my truck. So any of you guys out there that have up to a 2010 Chevy, Ford or Dodge pickup dont waste your time going to Mike's Carwash on 18 because we all have some rust and they will turn you away.....SAD. read more

So glad they open Mikes Car wash in Florence. I use to have to drive all the ways the Tri-county and North Bend/Colerain Ave to get my car wash. the reason why I lkie Mikes car wash. I had a 1989 bmw 535I that i get washed. i could never get the wheel wells and rim clean inbeteewn in the rime with the brake dust. So i took it the about 10 years ago and they cleaned it. i even took it first time, it didnt clean so they told me you can get it clean again for FREE!!! whatever chemical they have does really really clean my tire rims. so for years i take my car there to get washed. i am a repeat customer thanks Mike car wash. will be back to get a wash. make sure you use the coupon package, buy 4 and get 2 Free!!! thats only $6 a wash...WOW!!! Does s good job sand the people are friendly but it's not a true full service car wash like the other one in town.

My SUV and my car now have scratches all over them thanks to this car wash. Do not go there if you have a new car!

I was wiping my car down after running it through the exterior wash and the gentleman that scrubbed my car down before entering the wash approached me and asked me to run my car through again. There were a few spots he wanted to scrub harder and wash off. Satisfaction guaranteed at Mike's! The employees were extremely helpful and nice. Vacuums available for $2 per 8 min. No coins. Find another place to wash your vehicle. Don't pay with a credit car because my credit card was charged funds removed from my account after employee told me the card had been declined. The money taken from my account wasn't even the price of the car wash packaged that I purchased. read more

Car wash not great -- windshield left dirty. Attendant in quite a hurry to get me thru yet there was no one in line. A little more time with pre-wash sprayer may have helped. Not sure I will use this Car Wash again. read more

My girlfriend took her brand new 2018 Jeep Cherokee through Mike's to have it washed for the first time. Ended up getting all kinds of scratches behind the back passenger window. There's 2 of them which you can see the white underneath the paint. Filed a damage report with them & they said nothing in their wash would damage her vehicle. Definitely do not recommend this place. read more

I was very disappointed. I thought for the price it was a "full service" as in they would vacuum and wipe it down. My truck was still dirty in spots and had water spots all over. I got the full one for $17, then had to spend another $3 to vacuum it out myself. I can go to a "full service" location and get it all done for that total price of $20. I wont be back . read more
