Kyle grabbed a tire pressure gauge and checked all four tires. None of them were losing pressure so he determined that it was the sensor, since it was raining yet the temp outside was 90+. They could have totally taken advantage of two 60+ year olds, selling us something we didn't need, but instead, Kyle charged us nothing and gave us advice as to what to do in the morning. My Honda CR-V battery died and I was unable to start the car which was parked in my garage. I took my truck to pick up a new battery. George provided advice on the best battery for the car. He then carried it out to my truck. He must have noticed the disabled veteran plates on the truck and asked if I was a veteran. When I replied affirmatively, he told me that Advance Auto Parts gave a military discount. He went back into the store and adjusted my receipt to give the discount. He then asked if I had someone to install the battery. When I said no, he volunteered to come to my house after work (on his own time) to install it for me. The store closed at 9pm and 20 minutes later he was at my house installing the battery. I sincerely appreciate George's efforts and customer-first attitude!

And I'm sure I'm joining the chorus of praise for the company who's embraced being the battery champs. A quick set-up and maybe a cautionary tale. My car had been starting slowly and I thought I would wait for my annual inspection to get the battery checked. But yesterday, I went to the grocery and as I went in the rear deck wouldn't open. Tried the remote, the switch on the deck and on the dash. Nothing. When I came out of the store, the remote wouldn't unlock the doors. I manually opened the door and in my Oh-S moment I prayed. Thankfully it started. I had to do something NOW. I drove immediately to AutoZone, went inside and Dominic left the counter immediately. He tested the battery: One cell was dead and the battery was draining fast. He and his coworkers worked together to find a high quality, warranted replacement. He and his coworkers also worked together to get the battery swapped out free of charge. Recycling of the old battery was free, too. In desperate, out relieved in 30-minutes. "Hallelujah AutoZone"

For over a year now, they keep giving him the run around and delaying their response hoping he will give up. He has put so much time, energy and money into trying to get some compensation from Autozone and they just don't seem to care. I heard similar stories from other people who bought defective parts from them, so I would be wary of buying auto parts from this location or any other Autozone.

One day, it would not start. I replaced battery cables cleaned all contacts all the way to the starter. A friend recommended a mechanic who charged $250 trip fee that included one hour service. He got ground all the way except to a plug on the solenoid. After about thirty minuted he said I can't fix your tractor. Then, he asked if I wanted to sell it. He said he buys tractors that won't start and takes them home to work on them. I didn't think quick enough to ask why can't you get it running here. I paid $250 for nothing. Then I found out about you guys and called at 3:00pm when day and you offered to send a mechanic right out. In about thirty minutes, he discovered the negative cable wasn't grounding so he ran a cable to the engine block and the tractor started immediately. $182.00 well spent. I have recommended you to a person in Lampasas who was asking about a tractor mechanic. I hope they call you. I appreciate the fantastic service I got from you.
