I'm mortified at the quality of people this company employs, and hopefully the mike that did my work, isn't the mike that owns this company. My landlord hired this company to replace my big old dumb octopus furnace. They came in Friday, couldn't start duct work so made the time to come back Monday, dropped off two space heaters to accompany the two I already had! Well Monday came and they got to work, they left all gates and doors open when they left. Monday night I go to bath and realize that something happened to my water heater, the dial was turned down, the pilot wasn't lit, one of the bricks my water heater was sitting on was tipped on its side and my water heater was all of a sudden leaking water. So the next day (Tuesday) I address this with him, and he tells me to call my landlord because he can replace the water heater while he's here too since it's broken. I tried to explain to mike that I understand the water heater now needs to be replaced, but it didn't need to be replaced before he started working to remove the furnace. And wouldn't have needed to be replaced at all if it wasn't damaged in the process. He refused to aknowledge that he even touched the water heater. But Water heaters don't just kick the supporting bricks out from underneath them selves, and turn themselves down. Tuesday evening he says he hasent finished installing either the furnace or the water heater, but that he lit the pilot on the old water heater again so I could have hot water. Wednesday comes and he supposed to finish by Wednesday. I get home from work, mike is gone, he took his two space heaters and stole one of mine out of my living room. (His had "Mike's custom mech" wrote on top, mine were all white but the same model) I asked my Other half if he had noticed the furnace kick on at all. I had been home for an hour paying attention to it and messing with the thermostat to attempt to get it to turn on. I went to bed assuming that Mike correctly did his job, and that my house was just so cold that I wasn't noticing a difference, and that maybe it just took a little bit longer to warm up after being so utterly cold for an entire week. I woke up that morning at 7:30 to a 54° house to find my dogs shaking in the living room because it was so cold. With only one space heater to heat my whole house. I immediately texted my landlord and let him know that he needs to contact this company and have them out right away. I had to wait until 2:00 for these guys to finish a job that should have been finished 16 hours prior. He told my other half it had just been a fuse, but was down working in the basement for at least an hour. Now tolday I go down to my office (I'm a small business owner and needed to print out paperwork) and my printer will not register that there was paper in it because it is filled with sheet rock dust, from them redoing the duct work on the wall directly above it. Everything in my office was covered, and I wasn't asked once to move or cover anything. Now we'll see if Amanda calls me back or if she ignores my call. Take your money else where. These people will cost you more in the long run. Amanda called me back said she spoke with the guys and that they said they asked me to move things multiple times and that's why my printer is broken. Not once, after I walked mike down to my basement Monday morning, did he ask me to move anything what so ever. The way my desk was placed up against the wall, this all could have been avoided, if they would have pulled it out a foot. Or ACTAULLY asked me too. Amanda offered me $20 to replace the broken printer. Mike didn't even know what he had to do Monday morning when he arrived-even though someone had already been in my house Friday and I knew what they were supposed to be doing Monday morning.

They charged me $1,000 for less than an hour of labor and no material. Stay away from these hustlers.

I had an HVAC guy from a reliable referral whom was quick at what he did, but did not seem to go the extra mile. I saw a Groupon online and thought, what the heck, I need my AC Unit checked for the summer. I quickly set an appointment and that was that. During this time, my furnace stopped working. I called BZ on a Saturday morning expecting to get a voicemail only to have my call taken! Brad was empathetic and said he could move my appointment up so that could be taken care of. Brad did everything he said he would do on the Groupon and more! While my last HVAC guy never bothered to inspect why the hot/cold air distribution in the home was so uneven despite pleading with him to make it better, Brad found where the dampers were closed and jammed and worked hard to free them allowing for a more even flow! I seriously cannot emphasize how happy I am about this. Thanks a million Brad! You've exceeded my expectations and you certainly have earned the spot as my new HVAC rockstar! It's certainly nice to meet someone who enjoys taking pride in exceptional workmanship and service!

They even suggested recharging the air conditioning in our new home for a fee while they were at it, so we did of course. Like anything else, homes need maintenance and we found out our A/C went bad shortly after. Time for a new one. BZ's was there to help! Here's where things went bad...at the time of the AC install, Brad tells us that the rebate process can be a real pain in the butt. We kind of thought that was odd. Keep in mind we just paid them almost $3,000...this was August of 2016...at the time we didn't care about a rebate. We just wanted to have A/C in our new home. Didn't even think about it. No big deal. Well, a year has now passed. We still haven't received our rebate from Excel thanks to BZ's Comfort Air. We've probably called him 4x in the last 12 months. Not a single returned call. Excel Energy is holding our $400 rebate because Brad couldn't answer a simple question on the appropriate form. They won't allow another contractor to resolve the issue either. In the big picture it's not really about $400...it's about having integrity. If you're going to hire somebody...do you really want someone who's only going to return your calls when it benefits THEM? I'm not even sure I'd get a phone call returned if our air broke down at this point. If you're only looking for upfront work...I guess I would suggest using BZ's Comfort Air. If you're looking for follow up/maintenance work...I can't say I'd say the same. Haven't had a phone call returned since writing the $3,000 check. If that's what you're looking for then pursue at your own risk. Bush League Brad

Judy is an 80-year-old widow who had been living without air conditioning for the past four years. As her housekeeper and friend, I became the one communicating with the company on her behalf, and from the very first conversation, everyone treated us with genuine compassion, patience, and respect. A very special thank you goes to Ethan, the manager, who went above and beyond in ways we'll never forget. After learning about Judy's situation, he generously discounted the cost of her brand-new HVAC system, completely waived the labor costs, and even worked out an incredibly generous payment arrangement. Because Judy and I are both on limited incomes, Ethan gave us six months to pay the remaining balance while we continued raising money through the GoFundMe page I created for her. Even more amazingly, he didn't make Judy wait until the balance was paid before helping her. He made sure her new HVAC system was installed right away so she wouldn't have to endure another Minnesota summer without air conditioning. That level of compassion is incredibly rare. I'd also like to thank Alina, one of the customer service representatives, who was always so kind, friendly, and helpful whenever I spoke with her. Everyone else I had the pleasure of talking to was equally wonderful, even though I unfortunately don't remember all of their names. A huge thank you also goes to the installation technicians, Ilie and Gidion. Although I wasn't able to be there because I was at work, Judy couldn't stop talking about how kind, respectful, professional, and hardworking they were. They treated her with such care and made the entire installation process smooth and stress-free. Knowing she was in such good hands gave me so much peace of mind. In today's world, it's rare to find a company that truly cares about people the way MN All Seasons Comfort does. They didn't just install a new heating and cooling system--they gave an elderly woman comfort, dignity, and relief after years of going without air conditioning. That act of kindness means more than words can express. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone at MN All Seasons Comfort, LLC. Judy and I will never forget what you did for us. If you're looking for an honest, compassionate, and professional HVAC company, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have earned our trust, our gratitude, and our highest recommendation.
