They have always been straightforward. I would highly recommend them for any of your mechanical issues with your car/truck.

This shop is so expensive. They charge $150 just to read your engine light. Cost $900 to replace spark plug and ignition coil. Ripoff!!!

Price gouger!! There labor rate is outrageous and they gouge you on the parts, more than twice what you would pay at a parts store.

My son recommended to take it to Landing Auto Service for a quote for a repair and they gave me quote i feel is "decent," likely reflects a fair market value for high-qulity work rather than a "cheap" fix that cuts corners. Not good not good service at all... I recently had my brake…read moreservice for my Infinity QX60 at the shop and I am not happy about their service. 1) I had pads replaced cost about $1000 2) Took a car home and heard noise after a week. 3) Took a car back and learning that the back brake pads had quality issue and damaged the rotors. 4) Replaced rotors (additional $250) 5) Took a car home and still had the squeaky sound issues. 6) Took the car back and they couldn't figure out where the noise came from. They did a small adjustment and hoped it worked. 7) Few weeks after, still had a noise. Took it back and they asked for $99 diagnostic. Since I had no other choice, had to go for it. They found some corroded wire and offered to clean it for free. 8). Took it home. The noise was still there. I gave up and took my car to Infinity car service in Bellevue and learning that the replaced pads had poor quality. These pads were not OEM parts!!! I wish they would tell me upfront that they didn't use none OEM parts. Maybe, they need to fix their pad supply issues to ensure the pad quality up to the standard.

BEWARE ALL!! Bucky's Complete Auto did not pay their court ordered bill!…read more My experience with Bucky's Auto has been extremely disappointing. After going through the legal process and receiving a court ruling in our favor, we are still waiting for payment that was ordered. Brian, the representative who appeared on behalf of the company in court, was present during the process, which makes the lack of resolution even more frustrating. What has upset us most is not just the original issue, but the continued lack of follow-through afterward. Having to pursue legal action was stressful enough, and still not having the matter resolved has been incredibly disappointing. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage others to do thorough research and proceed with caution. To those who have had a good experience with them thus far, just hope that they don't damage your vehicle and you have to take other measures, because if you do, winning in court does not settle the issue. After repeated calls and talking with Brian, their manager, will not return calls and have completed disregarded their legal responsibilities. They'll absolutely would take you to court if you did not pay your bill. This says A LOT about a business!

I normally don't write reviews this long, but I want people to be aware of our experience…read more My husband and I brought our 2014 Kia Forte to Bucky's Complete Auto Repair after another mechanic told us they couldn't work on the vehicle because it had California emissions and recommended Bucky's. When we arrived, my husband asked them to look at the catalytic converter, which he believed might be the issue. Instead, we were told the engine needed to be replaced. Bucky's located a used engine with about 56,000 miles and quoted us roughly $8,000 for the job. We agreed because we were trying to avoid purchasing another vehicle and taking on another monthly payment with interest. While signing paperwork, one mechanic came out of the shop asking another mechanic if they had crazy glue to fix a car part. That was our first red flag, but we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. The repair took longer than expected due to staff illness and the holiday season, and my husband had to take multiple days off work dealing with the delays. After we finally got the car back, it worked for a short time but problems kept occurring. We returned to the shop several times. The manager at the time tried to help address the issues without charging us each visit, so unfortunately we didn't document every return visit. Eventually the car failed completely when the engine belt snapped off, leaving the vehicle undrivable. I had to rent a car from the airport just to get home after returning from a trip. When we contacted Bucky's again, they initially offered to arrange a tow but never called us back. When my husband followed up, we discovered that the entire staff from when our engine was installed was gone, including the manager and mechanics. A district manager then became involved and told my husband that we were trying to get free services and that "the company comes before the customer." At that point we donated the car to a friend, who took it to his own mechanic to inspect it. What they discovered was extremely concerning: * parts missing * bolts not properly installed * components not secured correctly And most shockingly, the word "BROKEN" was written on the engine itself. Because of how Kia engines are positioned, this would not have been visible to us. Since no lawyer would take the case, we filed in small claims court seeking the maximum $10,000, though our total losses were higher when factoring in rentals, rideshares, towing, repeated repairs, and lost wages from missed work. At the court date, the district manager requested last-minute mediation. During scheduling he mentioned he still had paperwork from another small claims case they had handled recently, which was concerning to hear. We ultimately agreed to settle with payment due between January 30 and February 6. That payment was not made on time. When I asked for updates, the district manager said he contacted HR, which later turned out not to be accurate. He later admitted he had forgotten to submit a step in the request process, meaning the payment request had not even been sent. The owner then contacted us and said he would Venmo the payment because of the delay, but that never happened either. Instead he said a check was mailed, but when I asked him to confirm the mailing address he never responded. The check was eventually mailed February 18 and arrived in early March, almost a month after the agreed deadline. I'm sharing this so others can make informed decisions. Major vehicle repairs are stressful and expensive, and documentation and communication matter a lot. Please do your research and consider getting multiple opinions before approving a major repair.
