They have always delivered to my home, but this evening said I am outside their delivery zone after my family all planned what we were going to order which involved an order for four adults totaling over 80.00. Safe to say, they also lost money since we were ordering a substantial amount of food, and not to mention, had not planned that they would deny delivery. The supposed manager I spoke to yesterday simply denied delivery. I called them this morning and spoke to the owner to inform him that their Facebook advertisement indicates they deliver to my region. He stated he will change his Facebook page. He indicated they will only deliver within twelve minutes and my address is in excess of that by four minutes. We will no longer order from them and will no longer dine in. If you recognize that we ordered during Covid to assist in keeping them afloat then you should recognize an ingrate owner for a 4 minute additional delivery. Moreover, my current delivery shows 14 minutes.
