Gave it 3 tries. Two pick up, once delivery. The staff is all friendly when you visit. All of my orders were correct. We have tried traditional wings, boneless wings, fries, cheesecake. Here be the problem. The food is just not good. I had my baby order and he didn't like anything either. Oh i forgot about the pretzel. Got it home and had to use a knife to cut it. Tried to warm it up. Nope. Just got tougher. I seriously thought I was going to break a tooth. Now those wings are nice n saucy and they give you plenty. The chicken isn't seasoned. The french fries are ok and that cornbread is borderline great hence the 2 stars. They have an extensive menu if you want to try something else but if you have wings in the name, the wings have to be good. Not on my return list read more

If you're looking for some good chicken wings or a wide variety menu I highly suggest Wing Depot. I first ordered a small portion of their buffalo wings on DoorDash. Fries and a piece of cornbread were included with the meal. The buffalo wings were whole and breaded tossed in buffalo sauce to perfection. The fries were fresh & still surprisingly hot. The cornbread was sweet & so tasty. I might get addicted. Overall, the meal was so good I went back in person and ordered more. It's more of a carry-out but there are a couple of tables where people can sit. The service was fast and everyone was friendly. I'm thrilled I finally tried this restaurant out. Many wing spots in Toledo are closing, we can't let Wing Depot be one of them! Try them out! read more

The other night after date night with my husband around 2:30 am, (7/20/24). We tried to call to order some dinners and answering machine told us to use the online tool as they were short staffed. I attempted to use it twice to no avail so we drove to order in person. The son of the owner who passed a few years ago was on register and took our order. He charged us full price for the wing meal but then told us that because they were closing in 30 minutes there would be no fries?? (does it not take less time to cook fries than chicken? ) Insult to injury he would not give us a pro-rated price for the fries not being available! As it was so late and we didn't want to drive further and possibly not end up without anything we accepted the meal. We get home and was shorted a wing! We have been frequent customers of Wing Depot since they opened. They used to have great food , prices and customer service was amazing. The owner passed and the family kept the restaurant open. They maintained the same quality of food and service for a while but over the past several months the quality has been less than good, customer service is poor and understandably with the economy prices have increased . THEY ARE THE BEST I have every had "Maa Shaa Allah Allahumma Barak Aameen." And I am a foodie! I eat at a lot of restaurants. Especially when I travel. This place has Nice size burgers. Ordered late and got it quick, bought what thought was two meals - naw, tenders for days. Thing showed up in a serving tray, thought for sure for the price the tenders would be small, but nope, good size and cooked perfect. Admittedly, I haven't tried a whole lot of the menu, but the things I have tried were always really good, and the consistency of the food quality is solidly good. I think In the last 2 years there were maybe 1-2 times I was disappointed with my meal, but the disappointment was stemming from how it wasn't as good as usual. The fries are one of my favorites in the Maumee area, I don't need any kind of condiment to eat them and typically snack on them on the way home, they're always so good. On a bit of a sidebar, this place's menu is ridiculously huge. I don't know how they make all the stuff they sell, it's insane. If you don't know what you want, this place is almost sure to have something. The owner is a very nice person, the food he makes is always good, and he'll almost always acknowledge frequent customers with a smile or by saying hello. This place is also a local place, so you're supporting a good small business that has some combos that might actually be losing them a little bit of money. The staff is also very chill. I have a lot of social anxiety, and normally it spikes super hard when ordering or picking up food, but I genuinely don't experience it that much at this place and I'm unsure why. The pickup is usually really simple and they're always pretty chill about getting you your order and reminding you to get a drink with a combo. Overall, this place is consistently good, and I've never had a bad experience with their staff or food. The owner and his family seem like pretty chill people and it's always a nice place to get food from after a long day of work. I highly recommend stopping by. read more

Wasn't even sure if I called the right place or not and then got hung up on!!!! When I called back to ask how much I owed they questioned if I even wanted the order.
