Most recently, he installed a new water softener and took care of several other plumbing items for us. He has consistently been reliable, knowledgeable, honest, and very easy to work with. He communicates clearly, shows up when he says he will, does excellent work, and takes great care of the property while he's working. His pricing has always felt fair and reasonable for the quality and scope of the work, and I appreciate knowing that the job will be done right. He also leaves everything incredibly clean when he's finished. On our most recent job, he hauled away the old water softener, took all of the packaging and debris with him, and swept up afterward. WR replied to my general inquiry for a plumber on Yelp very quickly as did numerous other plumbers…read more Looking over the process on Yelp seems like making an appointment required a phone call still anyway. Decided to give these guys a try so called them and was able to make a same day appointment. Robert texted ahead of time and arrived within the arrival window. He was very nice, answered all my questions, and fixed 1/4 problems we had. One other issue he says could not be fixed and another he could not find a problem to fix. For the last problem, he said he to see if he could get the part and that he would get back to me. If he made an effort to reach out I missed it and as far as I know he never followed up. Since I was surprised that a special part was needed, I went out to get my own part and will try to fix it myself later. He did fix the main issue we called him out for. Given the mixed experience, I will likely try one of the many other eager plumbers who contacted me on Yelp and give one of them a try in the future, but I will not be opposed to using WR again.

I knew this was the right call to make. I contacted Mr. Castillo and scheduled an appointment for him to come to our home and give me an estimate. Mr. Castillo arrived fifteen minutes early and immediately began looking for the cause of the leak. He was very friendly, professional, clean, and outgoing. Within thirty seconds, Mr. Castillo identified the problem and gave me an incredibly affordable quote. I agreed to the price. As he began working, he discovered two additional issues with the pipes under the sink. Rather than raising the price for the new problems, Mr. Castillo assured me the cost would stay the same, even though it would require a few extra pipes to fix. My first impression was that he was honest. I decided to tip Mr. Castillo more than I planned because of the great price and the extra work at no charge. They didn't try to upsell me or charge an outrageous fee just for coming out. Instead, they explained that they wanted to inspect the issue first for free before providing a an accurate quote.
