I come in the next week to get the rotors. Luckily I had the breaks and receipt in the car! The gentleman looked at the breaks and told me they are Back breaks! He returned them and bundled them with the rotors and gave me the correct breaks. I can't believe a manager gave me the wrong product!! The other manager on duty didn't even seem phased or offer an apology! I ended up spending $215. The associate is the hero here.

The Drive-thru is super convenient and I've taken advantage of the online ordering/ drive thru enough times to say that every single pickup is friendly and efficient. No more having to lug big bags of things or large items through the store when they will load it in your car for you! "Next time I was going to tell you you can't work on your car" . That's fine, there most likely wont be a next time with how shitty you people are acting. I bought a 2003 BMW engine with 63K on it for a lot cheaper than other places selling the same…read moreengine with more miles on it. I fitted it in with all of the changes required to keep the warranty active and it started first time and purred like a kitten. After putting in the order I did a search on SW Engines and all I saw were bad reviews. I started to panic and asked them to provide me with the VIN number which they did. I check out the engine and the previous car it was in and everything seemed ok. However, because of the reviews I kept hassling them for more information and I even took out a fraud alert on my credit card just in case the engine turned out to be a dud. When it arrived, it had been painted but thats only cause they wanted it to look clean but the performance was spot on. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it and its still running very well (6 months later).

The repair shop is charging me storage for the car - and southwest engines dont care and dont have a clue what is going on the the transmission. The customer service Lady that answers at ext. 4002 has no infromation and just lyes to tell you what you want to hear - your transmission is being tested, your transmission is being cleaned, your transmission is being inspected - each process takes a week. My grandmother can do these processes in one day. If I had to do this all over - I would shop somewere else
