I ended up placing another order for the missing items and paying the additional cost myself. Four consecutive orders with mistakes is a pattern. Being left on hold, unable to speak with a manager, and then never receiving the promised callback makes it even worse. Customers shouldn't have to spend their evening chasing down missing food and paying again to get what they already ordered. I love your tacos, but this repeated lack of care and follow-through has become unacceptable.
