But there's a reason I keep coming back and it's so much more than the treatments themselves. I recently had Quantum RF and many Morpheus8 sessions on all body areas and I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Reyrao, Nurse Jahna and Master Aesthetician Adriana. Dr. Reyrao was absolutely incredible. She was so knowledgeable, patient and genuinely skilled at what she does. She took the time to explain things, answer my questions and make sure I understood what was happening rather than making me feel rushed or like just another appointment. And I ask a lot of questions! You can tell she really cares about her craft and more importantly, she cares about the person sitting in front of her or laying on the procedure table I should say! I felt completely comfortable putting myself in her hands. Her right hand woman, Nurse Jahna was also amazing. She was so helpful and accommodating, even when I had some last minute changes and she worked so seamlessly with Dr. Reyrao. You could genuinely see how well they work together. It didn't feel like separate people doing separate jobs. I was watching the whole time during the procedure and it felt like a team that was communicating and looking out for me the entire time. I felt very safe and very well cared for. And what really stood out to me was the care after care treatment. They actually called to check on me and make sure I was doing okay late in the evening! That might seem like a small thing but it really isn't. When you're doing treatments on your face/body, especially something more intensive, it means a lot to know that someone is still thinking about you after you leave. Master aesthetician, Adriana was also amazing. She was so attentive before, during and after the treatment. She was constantly checking in, making sure I was comfortable and making sure I was okay. And after the Morpheus treatment, she came in and made sure everything was taken care of properly. She is always paying attention to how I was feeling emotionally and physically too. She makes me feel safe, reassured and cared for as a whole person. She is clearly knowledgeable and skilled as well! Plus she's like a free therapist people! Come on! It can't get any better than that! She is precise and skilled with every treatment! And then there's Noemi. The QUEEN. I've been a long term customer here and I honestly think one of the biggest reasons I've stayed is because of her. Noemi has such a genuine heart. She is always thinking about the people who walk through her doors and how to make their experience better. I've tried so many of the treatments and newer technologies they've brought in over the years and I really appreciate that they're constantly looking for the newest and best technology rather than just buying something cheap and putting a fancy name on it. And trust me I notice. I've basically done every treatment/technology that comes through here at this point. But what makes this place different is that I have never felt like a number or like someone they're just trying to sell another package to. They treat me like an actual human being. They listen. They remember things. They care about how I'm doing. And there's a genuine level of trust that has been built over time. Noemi, I hope you know how much that means. You've created an environment where people can come in wanting to look better, but they also leave feeling cared for, reassured and valued. That says so much about the kind of person you are and the culture you've created around you.I can't say the same for other MedSpas that I've visited. I went in for a laser treatment, got a chemical peel and had burning/stabbing pain on my face right after the peel. My cheeks became red and discolored for over a week, and I was scared because it was my face. I documented everything, including the fact that the consent form was signed after the treatment, not before. The provider did refund me and sent aquaphor after she was scared of a lawsuit. She refused to reimburse a derm appointment. My skin did improve but there is still pain and pigmentation. The way the business handled my concern afterward was awful. Instead of simply focusing on aftercare and making sure my skin was okay, the Director of Operations Jesse started questioning my "claims," my "intentions," and even called me a "Groupon shopper." That was rude, discriminatory, insulting, and completely unnecessary. I came in as a paying customer. Whether I used Groupon or not has nothing to do with how I should be treated when I report pain and a reaction on my face. If not for groupon, this place wouldn't be able to pay the rent which is why they advertise on Groupon in the first place. They withheld meds that they claim to have ordered in lieu of more photos everyday so they can "verify" their claims. Due to a confusion with the order number, they figured I bought another groupon from another spa way before going to Skintegrity. None of my other groupons had anything to do with the treatment I went in for nor it should matter to the business. This is invasion of privacy without cause. I was also told I was "obviously trying to build a case," which is ridiculous. I was trying to make sure my skin healed and that I had proper documentation because the reaction happened immediately after their treatment. A customer reporting burning, tenderness, and discoloration after a facial treatment should be treated with care, not attitude. The communication afterward made me feel dismissed, judged, and attacked. I would not trust this place with my skin again.

What she did to me was damaging, and I am now under the care of two qualified specialists because I needed multiple opinions to understand what was happening to my body as a result of her treatment. When I shared my lab results and treatment history with these doctors, both were appalled. Dominique never established a proper baseline of bloodwork, misdiagnosed my condition, and inserted an excessive amount of testosterone via pellets. My hormone levels ended up significantly worse than when I started, and pellets take a long time to leave the body so the effects are not easily reversible. It has become clear to me that this practice is driven by profit rather than patient care. Being an older woman or being in menopause does not make someone a hormone specialist. I also became increasingly uncomfortable with the constant pressure to purchase additional services that I did not ask for or need such as GLB treatments and lip filler. I am thin and have naturally full lips, yet these were repeatedly pushed on me in a way that felt manipulative and undermining. HRT is serious medical treatment, especially for women in perimenopause who are often vulnerable, emotional, and looking for real help. I trusted her and believed she knew what she was doing. That was a mistake, and I am now dealing with the consequences. After a Sculptra laser treatment, I was told it was safe to return 11 days later for a HydraFacial. During that visit, the esthetician upsold me on a 20% salicylic acid peel and red light therapy. The moment it was applied, my face started burning intensely and had to be neutralized multiple times. Despite being told peeling wouldn't happen, my skin peeled badly and I was left with visible burn marks and discoloration. A dermatologist later confirmed that combining these treatments so close together is not considered safe (even a quick google search or chatgpt search will say its UNSAFE) When I asked for a refund on my remaining balance (I was sold a laser/hydrafacial package), the clinic refused to consider it unless I came back to be evaluated by their dermatologist -- after they already injured me. They stalled, passed the issue around, and took zero accountability. They're happy to upsell aggressive treatments, but when something goes wrong, you're on your own. Protect your face and go elsewhere. I still have multiple treatments outstanding that I already paid for that I will not be getting.
