**UPDATE** After TWO days, my nail cracks. VERY DISAPPOINTED. What started off as a 5 star service quickly went to a 3 star service. Milano nail spa was...fine. Not terrible but not quite the "treat yourself" experience I was hoping for. The salon itself is beautiful and clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing- so points there. But the service felt a little rushed, and for the price, I expected more attention to detail. Not to mention the technician wanted to keep adding things on to my service and it just got annoying at one point. What really solidified it and completely ruined my experience was the cashier who rang me up charged me for the wrong service. He called me 5 times on my cell and I picked up and he told me he needed to charge me an additional amount. My mani/pedi quickly went from $88 to $170. I was shocked. I have never in my life paid that for NAILS. Basic nails at that with no fancy designs. My shellac pedicure (which I thought) was $50 but they failed to explain to me that adding shellac was an ADDITIONAL $20. So $70 for a pedicure?! No ma'am, no thank you. The best he said he could do was give me a 10% discount next time I come in and I told him that I wouldn't be returning. I'm really disappointed. They should have communicated better. read more

I scheduled a same-day mani-pedi appointment during lunch and they were able to fit me in right after work, which I appreciated. It was my first time visiting, and I requested one of two highly-rated techs based on reviews. Unfortunately, when I arrived, both were busy and I was assigned to someone else without being given the option to wait--which was a bit disappointing as I'd like to at least be given the option of waiting for the tech requested. That said, the manicure and pedicure turned out great, and the technician was friendly. The salon itself was clean, quiet, and had a relaxing vibe. The receptionist was kind but seemed under the weather and didn't practice proper hygiene, which was a bit concerning. The front desk area also felt a little bit cluttered. Overall, a good experience with quality work. I'd return if I were in the area, but there's little room for improvement in communication. read more

I was really looking forward to coming here since I'd heard so many great things and it looked like it would be worth it. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the overall service experience. While my nails did come out looking great, I'm not sure it was worth it given how I was treated. My nail technician didn't greet me or make any effort to communicate at first, and she was very insistent on upselling services I didn't ask for. Throughout the appointment, she kept pulling my fingers roughly and showing my nails to other employees, making comments in another language that clearly felt directed at me. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. There was very little communication during the service, and I left feeling more stressed than relaxed. For the price, I expected much better treatment and customer care. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place based on how I was treated. read more

Hannah was amazing for my pedicure! She's very nice and did an amazing job on the color and massage (I even added 10 minutes extra!) They offer a free drink , alcohol or non, and I got a green tea and it was so tasty! It is very clean inside, I even saw the guys cleaning the chairs as son as people leave, with disinfectant, including the floor around the chairs. The store manager Shelly was absolutely condescending when I asked for clarification about a service. She was raising her voice and other customers noticed. I told them when I arrived that I wanted a refill and I mentioned it again to the technician but the technician apparently removed my acrylic (I thought she was doing something different but I reminded her that I'm doing a refill and keeping my natural nail length) and put new acrylic-- I guess to get a higher service price? My daughter also got a full set with tips and a shape for the same price as me when I have naturally long nails and just asked for a refill with shape. They insisted on trying to put gel on my fingers for an up charge of course. I also continually asked for my nail length to be shorter. Upon checking out, I was charged an extra $10 for a nail length and shape. News to me because my nails were requested to be shorter. I even asked to cut them lower. The nail tech could not do design and management was trying to force me to like something I was not happy with. They also try to make you get things you did not ask for. I will NEVER return. This was my second visit and it was absolutely horrible. I just got a regular mani/pedi (no gel) and the whole time I was extremely uncomfortable. I'm dealing with some fungus issues with my big toe and I'm very self conscious about it. They were talking about me while they were doing my nails. I can't speak their language but I do know body language. They were examining my toe. It made me feel really bad. Multiple employees kept coming over looking at my feet. Hovering and talking which made the experience not relaxing. I had to ask was there a problem and they said no, kept talking to the person doing my nails and slowly walked away. This happened a couple times. When I checked out, I told one of the managers and he just said he would talk to them about it. read more
