Went in and asked for a manicure and explained to Jenny I wanted a manicure. She suggested a full set and I agreed as long as my cuticles were taken care of. She did not touch my cuticles and left a bunch of acrylic on the bottom of my nails. And some on my actual skin that cause my skin to bleed when taking it off. I went back in and told her I was not satisfied and asked her nicely to please fix it she then replied that I had to pay extra I then asked a customer if she thought my nails had just gotten done she replied "no they look horrible" then Jenny acted like she did not speak English I then ask a Male worker that actually spoke English since all the women there acted like they did not speak or understand any english when I showed him my nails he asked me what day had I came in to get them done and I let him know I had just gotten them done he then told me to speak with the manager because they looked like they needed to be fixed. So I went to the manager and she said they look fine then a customer looked at my nails and said they look pretty bad so the manager tried to fix them but did a shitty job as well. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service that I got I will never be going back there and it really sucks that they acted like they didnt speak English after they got my money and before while she was doing them she understood and was talking to me just fine. I came to them respectfully asking to please fix my nails cause I was not satisfied and they all acted like I was speaking Russian. read more

This place is terrible. The young girl at the front desk didn't greet me and my daughter. She just started at us like we didn't belong there. Then she said go sit in those 2 chairs. We walk over and they are dirty and disgusting. Did I mention there is NO SANITIZING going on at all after customers get up from Chairs. They started my pedicure and my daughter waited the entire time for someone to do hers. Then they rushed my daughter pedicure since I was done. Didnt massage her feet or anything. The bottom of my heels feel like I never got my pedicure. Rough and unsatisfying. Oh and the guy told me gel lasts a month. Well an hour after we get home my daughter toenail is peeling off already. I will never go back here. The customer service is beyond disrespectful. read more

I usually do not write bad reviews but I feel that customers need to know. I was so upset with the service and ridiculous prices. They are taking advantage of the circumstances, its understandable that most are hurting financially but don't take advantage. I came in the 1st time for a full set on the smaller size, coffin shape and it was $45. That was ok , but then I come in for a fill and she charges me $45, and because I asked for a coffin shape, (mind you that's what I had) she said $50?! I will not return! read more

The only reason I am giving the place one star is because there I can't give it zero stars.I called tat previous Monday and made an appointment, spoke to Long who stated for a full set just acrylic would be $27. I went in on Thursday March 25th with an appt at five pm. I brought in my nail polish and some female worker that was going to work on me, (I cannot remember her name) told me I cannot use my polish and that I have to use theirs. I figured ok maybe because of Covid. so I proceeded to sit and she was telling me how I should get gel. I explained to her no just want regular acrylic and no gel and just nail polish. I didn't want any rhinestones or anything. So she starts to glue the nails and I asked her to make sure how much and she tells me it's $60. I asked her why. I mean in my mind I was like ok ready to pay $40 but really $60. I told her no. I asked her what is $27 nail and she basically told me is like no nail like she literally showed me oh its here and I told her that is not even a nail.so I told her give me what's $40 worth. so she proceeded to put the acrylic and when done didn't even asked me to go wash my hands which was weird she literally poured water at the station and towel dried it. she then asked me to pay and then proceeded to talk shit with Long and they both looked at me. what made me mad is she didn't do that with my friend who accompanied me. my friend was asked to go wash her hands and was charged at the end in the front. my friend also got gel, monogram glitter for $50 but I was charged $60 just for basic and that is not fair. due to Covid I also felt unsafe and unsanitary I figured maybe is their new thing. I haven't done my nails in years but decided ket me go here. she did use my nail polish cause I was not about to use they crap and so I gave her no tip... the hell with them. here is a tip when someone calls you be upfront about your prices..... read more

For my first experience at this nail spa it was okay, I'm not sure if I would want to return. Their service is great, but if you go on a day that they have their specials, that's where they get you for your money. I went in for a basic pedi which they had advertised for $17 & a mani for $25, as soon as I sat down for the pedi, they right away wanted to change my pedi package & had me choose another one. I ended up paying almost $60! They were like vultures on trying to get me to change my spa package, that In the end I just got frustrated & paid more. read more

If I could give -0 stars I would, but I have to give one to post.Worst pedicure I have had in my life. No soap or disinfect in the water, had to tell the supposed licensed tech to clean under the nails, the callus remover is a joke, had to shape my toenails and they catch a real attitude when you don't want gel. The polish selection is horrible. Im home right now going over what they charged me for. should have stuck to my guns and just got the gel removed off of the 3 toes it was on and left...Never again and beware before wasting your money there read more

I came here to have my fills fixed after I walked out of another nail salon for reasons I posted on another review for TN Nails. I saw Jenny and she made my nails look amazing. They are a little more pricey but you get what you pay for. Thanks Jenny see you soon for my fills. read more

I have been to this nail salon once before and the nail technician did a great job. I did not make an appointment and did a walk in, unfortunately he wasn't there. I needed new tips and the tech hurt me from the first touch. I have never experienced getting hurt so much taking off old tips. She was in a hurry. I jumped in the chair so many times due to pain. I asked her to slow down and she did for about 10 seconds. I told her I wanted a thin application and square oval tips, length short and not wide. She got short okay, but my nails are as wide as the Grand Canyon. For $60.00 I would expect professionalism, which she did not have in the least. She should seek a new profession as this is not her forte. read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY, AND TIME! Went in for a pedicure that should have been $35, according to there pamphlet, left paying $50. Literally the quality of work is awful! I've never been more unsatisfied with a salon. Looks can be deceiving! read more

Spent about $70 on my acrylic and toes . I asked the woman for long coffined nails and this is what I got. It's about 5 days into it and one is already lifted. During the session I had to point out multiple times that she did not even put acrylic on parts of my nails and completely missed an entire nail!!!! They are so embarrassing to walk around with and plan on asking for a refund. This was such lazy work I wish I knew the name of the girl who did it. Look at how terribly thick they are . read more

This was my 1st & last visit. I had called previously to see what a basic new set no gel for my hands was I was given $24 over the phone. I still felt that was a bit high but figure I'll give them a try. Big mistake when I go in I was then told $34 , I explained what I was quoted and they kept trying con me into getting more services than I wanted. I should have left but needed to get my nails done that day for a special event. The whole time I felt they were making fun of me and talking shit because I didn't want to spend more...Not sorry at all to be writing this , yes the place is nice but the is NOT . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! my 3rd and last time coming here. Came for a fill and a pedicure I was seated for spa pedicure waited in chair with NO water(to soak feet) for almost 15 minutes. Meanwhile another customer comes in is seated with a smile and provided with service right away. My pedi specialist finally comes over (27 mins later) no sooner then she turned on water she started to work on my feet. How me and the customer mentioned above requested the exact same service and she was started 30 mins before me yet we got finished at the same time While feet were in progress JENNY is busy doing my nails. When discussing length prices and to cut down or not she is rolling her eyes and displaying body language that is everything BUT friendly. I was confused about pricing for a fill since I was just there 2 weeks ago and price was $8 different and that's when the magic happened she stops working on my nails to have a extended convo with the foot tech after a little back forth. I told her I would appreciate it if she could continue my nails and hike she was talking. Further, that this is the second time she has helped me and both times she was rude to me which is why I chose to tip everyone BUT her thinking she would get the memo. She responded "i don't care I don't care" and SHOULD HAVE NEVER COME TO THAT The foot tech interjected asking what color I wanted I responded I'm not sure since I was Never offered the color samples. She waved someone over the person came empty handed asking same question I responded with the same answer. Then her goes Jenny asking again. I lost it! I said look can you all stop asking me the same question and get me the dam samples so I can choose. As the 3rd person hands me the sample Jenny asked then foot tech and 3rd person (in that order) asked again what Color... by this time I think the intent was to annoy me so I proceeded to say you know what I am not sure since you just gave me the sample and I chose 5 different colors . Hey tried bringing me 1 then said I could only choose one. I said unless they are doing I do free I needed all 5 colors after all I am the customer. She got all the colors began applying them to my nails the 4th Color In she says oh there is an extra charge for each color you chose. I let her know I had no intent on paying the extra charge . She continues to paint and at the end I was going to pay and she added the cost to my bill. I started to leave without paying at all but I felt like that was stealing I handed them my card they charged me for the colors and I changed the total cost to what it should have been and left. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! I expressed my dissatisfaction with service requested someone else but by this time shop was closing and they were gone. read more

I came in for a gel manicure a few days ago and was displeased with the outcome but had no major complaints (despite the color being off and being cut). PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE listen to the bad reviews you see!!! This establishment is by far the worse nail salon I have visited! I am a traveler and im always in need of a pedicure due to hiking. I HAVE NEVER , NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE experienced what I had just experienced today. We walk in and right off the bat no one had any directions for us or where to lead us (due to covid they are doing outside services). We were directed to sit in the pedicure chair where it was NOT SANITIZED after someone had been sitting there sweating in 100 degree weather. DISGUSTING!!! 6 feet? Not even a real thing. They are suppose to be taking temp on arrival and we never received one. Our pedicures lasted less then 12 minutes, now that may be normal for some people but when done correctly with a standard...this was mediocre. Lady asked if id like 'normal' pedicure for $30, of course I agreed because in my mind I know what service I was about to receive but boy was I wrong. Due to services been outside , the chairs were not plugged in and so the water came cold and in a bucket that came from god knows where. 'Be grateful,' I remind myself but by the end... youll see where there was no room. So she puts a nasty, stained towel under my fee and begins the cuticle clipping process and right away she clips the skin on my toes, I pulled away cause of the pain and mentioned to hurt it and then she DOES IT AGAIN. I allowed it to roll off my shoulders. She then worked on the bottom of my feet,Ill admit I have. crack or two on the heel but she didnt even try to make the bottom of my feet look nice and now they LOOK WORSE! I had to ask her for the scrubber cause I had to go home and do it myself ! Paint job on the toes was okay but thats my trying to find negative in a positive. After she walked away to allow the toes to dry, I developed a air bubble in the nail polish, like ... what? So we go in to pay and told them our concerns , they then told was 'calluses removal,' is not part of our $30 service we had just received. Calluses removal is not part of my $30 service when regular pedi is posted as $22 !! So what was I really paying for ? When it was time to pay, I had told them they didnt do that great of a job and that my feet are drier and more cracked then when I came in. I offered to pay for half because I understand we are all in hard times right now and the lady jumped up into my face and started yelling saying 'no , you pay $30,'of course I cant pay full price for something my friends 2 year old could've done so I offered it again. Of course it turned into 3 of them yelling and one taking a photo of me. Saying they were going to call the police if I didnt pay the full price. She yells for us to go and then chased us outside telling us to come back cause they are calling the police. No one wants this to go that far but of course no one wants legal issues so we stayed. Suddenly they start taking temp checks on people, one lady came in and was never forced to wear a mask and another lady just continued to take photos of us. One of the gentlemen came over and finally came to a agreement with us and i'm thankful someone reasonable was there to talk to. Save your time and money. This is such a unhealthy environment.. not just for your health but its no 'spa' where you can relax. If I could give it 0 stars i would read more

The workers there are extremely rude! When I first came in a male worker told me and my friend to sit, when we asked where he got very upset and yelled the number of the station we should sit at then rolled his eyes at me. Then once seated the lady told me my set would be $55 dollars, immediately I addressed some concerns because last time I came in I got a gel set with the same length and shape and they were $50 , but now this time for the SAME nails with REGULAR POLISH they charged me $55 . I kept asking why regular nail polish costed that much since when I got gel it was cheaper the worker then started to talk about me to another working , making fun of me as if I was stupid , she continued to laugh and roll her eyes at me and sighing really hard , all because I wanted to know why my nails should cost that much. Every time I tried to speak the worker spoke over me and keep saying that she's not going to change the price. Overall my whole experience there was horrible I felt humiliated and taken advantage of. There was no reason for my nails to cost that much and they wouldn't even explain the charges they were giving me. I would give this place 0 stars if I could . For one the place was empty and yet they still rush on your nails I asked them to clean my dry skin and my cuticle and the lady wanted to do what she wanted to do and disregard anything that I said then she wanted to charge me five dollars to clean my cuticle with the machine which you do that anyways before you apply the acrylic but for some reason she wanted to charge me and she never even cleaned my dry skin and then she put on a nail on all crooked and I asked her to fix it they were still crooked until I had to make her take it off and put a new one because she was so busy rushing and talking to people and not paying attention. Don't go here. They don't care about QUALITY SERVICE. Then they over price shit. They talk shit if you correct something as if your being difficult just because you want your nails done right ?
