Milano's used to be one of my favorite pizza places in town, but has seriously gone down hill. Lately,!Every time I order there is something wrong with my order, no matter how simple. When I pick up my order I always open the bag or the box to check. When I began to open the bags I said I just wanted to make sure everything was in there because the ticket attached did not have the item, but it was on my receipt. One of the owners said "I can guarantee it's it there". Well guess what, it wasn't, and was in a completely different box still on top of the oven. When I ordered food tonight, it was wrong again, I'm done ordering from here. The girls who take the order are terrible and when I have an issue with my order the owners seem to always have an attitude about it when it's their fault it was a mistake. Worst customer service I have ever had. Don't call and complain about something that's broke cause the owner will say stuff like no one else has any issues with it and then ask you to come on down to talk about it along with other insults. If I could give you a zero I would......... STORY!!! I order a pizza via yelp. Do not leave a tip in advance on my card cause I want the pizza first. Call and complain and the owner starts an argument with me on the phone and says I am a POS and should come down to resolve it with him.... PROBLEM... The credit card receipt did not give me the option to leave a tip for the driver. Even though I am 8 min away and it took an hour!!!! I still don't blame that on the driver. A weeks back we ordered the Sicilian with everything I think $19 we were both in the mood and 55min later they send us a large round pizza with everything it was like a big open diaper half of it on one side our mouth's dropped our hearts dropped we knew this might be the end of something so good was wrong so we called and the second kicker they had forgotten our soda hit speed dial ask for the owner and this cocky ass guy said that's how we make them that's how they been That was basically it not will make you a Sicilian or were sorry or that we've change the old kind and now we're making them round Sicilian now with everything God for bid I told him about the sooner he forgot. We are 12 year residents of Williamstown. During that time Milano Pizza has gone down hill, especially in the last two years. It is our most recent issue which has made is decide to NEVER order from there again. We ordered a tuna hoagie with EXTRA meat, a regular sized tuna sub costs $7.00. We were charged $13.00 due to the extra meat, $6.00 more!!!! When we received the order, there was no extra meat on the hoagie. We paid an extra $6.00 for NOTHING!!!!! We also ordered a chicken parm dinner, and a chicken finger platter. All the chicken was burnt, and the pasta was hard. read more

I just spent $60 on 3 cheesesteaks and 20 wings. When ordering the wings I asked for mild sauce, ALL flats and I asked for extra bleu cheese and ranch and was charged .75 per extra sauce and when ordering the cheesesteak one was supposed to have extra cheese. Order comes and wings are in a styrofoam container and soggy as can be. Hardly any sauce on them and weren't all flats. I never received extra sauce that I PAID for or the extra cheese on the sandwich. I'm not one to usually do reviews or complain about service but when you're spending $60 you want what you're paying for and it wasn't received. Just very disappointed because it's like you're throwing money out the window. I will be going else where from now on. read more

I used to order from this restaurant all the time. I stopped ordering because they would mess up our order all the time. First time I ordered in about 5 years. Clearly ordered loaded fries, repeated myself. I ordered a small cheese pizza a cheese steak chicken quesadilla and loaded fries. We received cheese fries, not loaded fries. Pizza was fine, cheesesteak was very good chicken quesadilla was not flavored... it was just chicken and cheese very bland, we received cheese fries. Ok I will eat cheese fries; however, they were soggy heavy on the cheese wiz. When I called, the person who answered said he read back the order and we said yes. Well, he did read it back... but he read loaded fries. Argued with me. I told him this was the first time in 5 years that we ordered because they always messed up the order and we will not be ordering from them again and his response was cool...most businesses would not be so happy to lose business, but he was fine with it. I ordered a Sicilian pizza and mega fries. It was gross. The pizza was under cooked and the cheese is definitely a cheap cheese. I got onions on it and they were still raw. Milano's is not the original for the original owners live in my neighborhood. This is my second time there. I gave it another chance but I will just stick with Angelo's Pizza, seems like nobody can beat them in quality and taste. read more

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered food for delivery and was quoted 30/35 min. Our pizza did not arrive for over an hour. When I called the store to ask why it was taking so long, I was told "it should be there any min, it had been out for a while now." When the food finally got there, my pizza was ice cold. When I called he store, the manager didn't even apologize. He just wanted to send me a new pizza. When I said no I didn't want another one, I was simply making other food, he told me he'd refund my card. Well no refund came through. After calling the store and asking for a manager/owner to call me back, the same manager hung up on me. The worst customer service. The manager is plain rude. Mistakes happen, but at least make it right with the customer. We will no longer order from Milano's. read more
