SOMEONE CALL GORDON RAMSAY So first I called to place a pick up order the lady decided she couldn't wait less than 30 seconds for me to ask what else someone wanted since they "don't sell Alfredo" even though it's on their menu. So boom I called back placed my food order and wanted to order a chocolate pie which is also on their menu but hey! They don't have that either! Then I get home with my order of 2 lasagnas and one BAKED SPAGHETTI W MEAT SAUCE!!! I get home, my spaghetti is not baked spaghetti and doesn't have actual meat sauce but instead a little bit of marinara on spaghetti with wait for it..... dry PIZZA SAUSAGE!!! So I call back they lady is extremely rude speaking over me I could barely get a word out she saying oh well that's their meat sauce. Why not specify on the menu that you don't actually have meat sauce but marinara topped with dry ass pizza sausage???! The manager was nice and let me trade it for a lasagna. Decided to try Milanos Pizza. Would go back again simply due to the great service. Very friendly and threw in a few extra wings plus a free drink since it was my first time. Also- the wings were fantastic and I will definitely go back to try the pizza! read more

Milanos is AMAZING! I decided to leave my review here on yelp versus their facebook because they have multiple high rated recent reviews there and sadly old bad reviews here. I was browsing Facebook and ran across a popular post raving about the buffet here, and customer service, so we decided to go and check it out! Everything we read on social media about this place was true!! We dined in at 7pm with the worry that the buffet may not be the best since they close at 9, and was NOT the case!! The owner had hot and fresh pizza coming out left and right and did not disappoint! The salad bar was fresh and many toppings to pick from! I was so excited that this was not a let down because it is truly a gem to have a great pizza buffet that is kid friendly, hot pizza, clean, and treats all their customers with appreciation! Places like these are hard to come by these days! We will definitely be back! read more

This is great pizza place. The staff is friendly, observant, and helpful. The buffet is always full with fresh hot food, pizza, spaghetti, and cheese sticks. Salad bar is also a fav of mine. I have frequent this restaurant since I was in my early teens. I am 42 years of age and it is a tradition that my son and I have pizza and a movie night every Friday. This is our go to Pizzeria, they treat us like family. One of the hallmarks of a great restaurant is that the staff was consistent. You Can expect to see the same staff each and every night. They have amazing food and will cater to your tastes. Our current go to is an extra large thin crust pizza with pepperoni and sausage and an order of cheese sticks with pepperoni. According to Yelp the medium Supreme was 12.99 and it was actually $18.00. Mediocre at best. Looking forward to the new pizza restaurant coming to Zebulon. Their website hasn't been reviewed or updated since last year. Will start making our own at home. read more

I have been to Milano Pizza MANY times. I've always had great service and the staff really keeps the food on the bar fresh and well stocked. Nice varieties of pizza. I've never requested a specific pizza on the bar so I don't know if they will accommodate requests. I will return and I would recommend this place. read more

Poor service, pizza wasn't very good. Enjoyed the salad bar, that was fresh. Dessert pizza tasted like it was on the bar for hours.

Won't be going again. The buffet completely ran out of pizza for least a 10 minute time period and it wasn't that good. The salad bar was a mess, lettuce was pretty wet, many toppings were empty or nearly empty. The dressings were not labeled. Nothing like guessing which was light ranch, ranch and blue cheese. By the time I finished eating the desserts were gone and still had not been replaced 15 minutes later when my children had finished. Pretty good pizza. Great salad bar! Steak sandwiches are amazing. Lunch service compared to dinner service, is like night and day. Lunch staff seems clueless, dinner staff seems to be more caring and professional. Waiter during lunch seems lazy and doesn't do a good job. He has to be repeatedly told things before he actually does them. Dinner service is great, especially the waitress Ms.Susan. She's very attentive and shows she cares about her job. I would suggest Milano's pizza over any other pizza place in the Zebulon/Wendell area, just go at night, avoid lunch. read more

I stopped in for the buffet and the two pizza choices were dried out and had been sitting for awhile. Even fresh I can't imagine it being much better than frozen. The dessert pizza option was no better. The best part was the salad bar which was fresh and plentiful. If not for the salad I would've given one star.
