My kids loved the fountain play area, lazy river and water slides, dad loves the lap pool and hot tub. There's a nice variety of paid and "free" classes for both kids and adults, as well as community activities and access to physical therapists and personal trainers. I'm an amateur kettlebell sport athlete and use the facility 4-5 times per week. The staff is generally friendly, helpful and accommodating, they keep things reasonably clean and in good repair and they have a wide variety of cardio equipment, free weights and weight machines to choose from. It can get crowded evenings and weekends, but there's seldom a long wait for equipment. I love ending my workout in the steam room or sauna and a nice hot shower before I head to work. I've had memberships at chain and franchise gyms as well as private gyms. If you're self-motivated and have your own training plan, this is a great budget-friendly option! So grateful to have access to this great facility supported by our community!!

I really hoped that they would have chairs to lay in but no dice, only a few picnic tables and some seats that area little low to the ground and go back a little. I stayed for about two hours and went on my way and by the time I slept there were about 12-13 people there. It's basically a no frills, which is what I was expecting, but think I will check out other pools in the hood the next time.

Absolutely Horrible Experience with Marty at IHT…read more We recently purchased a Hot Springs hot tub from IHT and, while we absolutely love the tub itself, our experience with Marty was nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish. A close friend of mine sells Hot Springs tubs and had helped us narrow down the exact model we wanted, so we walked in as an extremely easy sale. Unfortunately, Marty seemed to take that as a license to stop trying. He made it very clear from the beginning that customer service was not a priority. After negotiating and agreeing on a price, Marty insisted that we drive through a snowstorm with summer tires to deliver a physical check that day, claiming it was the only way to lock in the price. We later learned that was completely false when the store called to take final payment--over the phone, via credit card, with no issues or added fees. Post-purchase, Marty continued to drop the ball. He was consistently rude, condescending, and disorganized. He referred to me by the wrong name multiple times, even after I corrected him. He also scheduled our orientation, then canceled it the night before at 9 PM via text--saying his grandchild was sick and he needed the day off. I responded understandingly, expressing concern, but also letting him know how unprofessional that was. He never responded. The next morning, I called the store to follow up--only to have Marty answer the phone. When I asked why he was at work after canceling our appointment to supposedly care for his grandchild, he became defensive and rude instead of owning up to the situation or apologizing. When I expressed how upset I was about the entire experience and the promises he hadn't followed through on, he cut me off and started aggressively questioning what he hadn't delivered on. For an $18,000 purchase, I expected far better treatment--especially from a sales rep earning commission. Marty was dismissive, unprofessional, and made an exciting purchase stressful and frustrating. If you go to IHT and Marty is the rep who greets you, RUN the other direction!! I truly don't know how he's still employed there. Again--the tub itself is fantastic. But the experience getting there, thanks to Marty, was absolutely awful.

On two separate occasions, I asked for help and was recommended the wrong gauge, even after explaining that the initial suggestion was not compatible with my gun. As a result, I ended up making multiple unnecessary trips. When I came in on today to return the nails, Phil at the return desk was professional and helpful from the start. Unfortunately, the assistant manager on duty around 5:20 PM, who I believe was named Tina, handled the situation very poorly. She opened one of the boxes, saw the Styrofoam covering the nails, and immediately said it could not be returned without even checking underneath it. After I asked her to actually look under the Styrofoam, she did, saw the nails were unused, and still refused the return, while oddly saying she would accept the other identical box. That made no sense. What was most disappointing was her response when I explained that I was only returning both boxes because I had been given the wrong recommendation twice by store staff. I had even brought my nail gun with me this time to avoid a third mistake. Her response was, 'It's your job to know your gun better.' That was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and far below the level of customer service I would expect from an assistant manager at Home Depot. Thankfully, Nikki and Ronnie, who I believe is the Customer Experience Manager, completely turned the experience around. Ronnie spent about 10 minutes with me going through different nail sizes and physically checking them with my tool to make sure I left with the correct product this time. Both he and Nikki were professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. Honestly, employees like Ronnie and Nikki are the reason I continue coming to this Home Depot instead of going to Lowe's down the street. If my experience had ended with the assistant manager at the return desk, I likely would not be coming back.
