We drove around the block and parked for restrictions. While we were sitting there -less than 10 minutes after driving it away from this garage- someone pointed out our tire had a bubble! A very dangerous undrivable condition. When I went back to Matt, he said that was not an issue, and he was correct to give us the inspection sticker. Obviously it's not. I would have been better off finding someone not squeezing me in so we could drive the car today. And Response was so offensive he doesn't deserve our patronage.

All the above is why I was so delighted by my experience with United. I was able to schedule my inspection with a quick and pleasant call. They took me in on time, conducted the whole thing in under 10 minutes and had me on my way. They were pleasant and kind and didn't seem so in a rush like other auto shops I've been to. As I came in I was very pleased to see that the store was really spacious and the staff was super polite. They took care of me right away and even gave me a nice discount as a courtesy. I will definetly make sure to come back to this store if I even need anything for my car in the future. Literally 5 hours later I discovered that my car was done on my own because I saw it out back - no one told me anything. It was hardly anyone of them than myself in the waiting room all this time and I heard loud shouting and arguing going on in the repair bays so I have no idea about the mechanics or their mindset. Frankly I have zero trust it was done correctly or that the tires were ever even balanced the way that they were supposed to be. I'm going on a very long drive up to New Hampshire and back this week and when I called their complaint line was told that someone would get back to me in 48 hours - but I need to have this actually addressed so I can have the tires that another location removed and balanced and put on properly by Monday morning. No promises are being made to me that this will be done in time or how that leaves me if I am driving long distances on tires not properly installed or that they will take any responsibility for shortened tire lifespan. I'm extremely dissatisfied.

On both occasions, Rey K. was the customer service rep. He communicated everything about the repairs up front and offered a fair price. The work was done efficiently and expertly using high-quality parts. I think it helps if you take advantage of their computerized system and order your repairs on the website, then call ahead in the morning to make sure they have the parts, before you go there. I've had only good experiences at Pep Boys.
