I'd like to start by saying that I have known Milena for about 8 or 9 years now, and she is one of the most talented, hardworking people I have ever met. I mean this girl does not QUIT. So I had never died my hair because I was always so afraid of damaging my curls, length, texture, etc. but a good friend of mine recommended Milena. Not only is she the sweetest person ever but she made me feel so safe and comfortable with this drastic change. I found Milena online and booked an appointment to have her color correct my hair. Milena was very sweet from the start, I showed her pictures and we discussed what we both thought would be the best for the end result. I came in with brown/red hair that had been faded for months. I didn't realize how bad my hair was until I saw the pictures. First Milena took me dark to start with a new base then we added highlights to my hair. Milena worked on my hair by herself and I have a lot of hair. She was super careful and precise about the process. She never short cut my hair and myself. Milena wanted the right color. After 8 hours I came out with beautiful hair that was not red and orange but subtle balayage that was low maintenance for your busy la girl. Cleo gave me one of the best salon experiences I've had in a long time! When I first got to the salon I was instantly hit with this very relaxed and welcoming vibe, everyone inside was so nice and kind. Once I sat down Cleo and I discussed what color of blonde we were going to go with since I had so many ideas. Her Knowledge on hair color was astronomical it blew me away!! I personally love my hair and even thinking about someone fucking it up, makes me cry. I always moved around with hairstylist since I was never able to really get the color or that long lasting color where you don't have to go back every other damn month to get it looking decent again. I have a lot of curly hair and I wanted to dye my full hair (copper with highlights) for the first time so I really was trying to look for someone that could really work with my crazy curly hair, and let me just say I'm so happy I found Cleo! If you're a curly girl and are looking for a trusted stylist who won't leave you with damaged curls, this is the place to go. I have personally gone to other stylists with waist length curly hair and had to chop it to my shoulders due to them completely breaking my hair off. I have yet to trust a stylist until now. I came in with healthy, bouncy curls and left with soft, intact curls. I went from a deep brown to a copper-brown and my hair looked amazing. Milena Rose has always and will always be the best hair stylist I have ever been to! I have crazy curly hair that a lot of stylists do not have experience with and do not fully understand. I've always felt that Milena truly listens to my problems with my hair and gives me EXACTLY what I ask for (unless she disagrees with me, in which case she gives her professional opinion and makes my hair look even better than I anticipated). I got my hair cut and styled at MRS and it was such a great experience! I went in with very dry and damaged hair and came out with soft, silky, replenished, layered hair that stayed beautiful even after washing it!
