Each time Josh and Tyler worked with us and Montana to get the camper repaired and worked around our travel plans. After I spoke with the GM, he then said they had messed up. Upon picking up my RV I noticed they had torn down my curtains with the rod included. Left electrical wires dangling from under the dash and tried to double side tape a piece on my windshield that didn't work, and is not right. After leaving I noticed a storage compartment cover moving. Upon inspection, They had left every compartment and hood latch open. After getting home I noticed my faucet was closed after I had already winterized. They had put water through my system to check a drain leak after it was winterized. I still have not looked at everything. Beware. I believe the negative comments and think the majority of the positives are made up.

He didn't rush us and addressed all our questions patiently and thoughtfully. When we mentioned the battery was dead, he brought out a jump starter and saved us a lot of diagnosis money. What a gem. Electrical systems, the fridge, tank sensors, flooring, lights, the list goes on and on, broke and had to be replaced/repaired. We ended up taking the camper back for warranty service to Camper City with Don and his staff many times and they were always extremely nice and professional and tried their best to fix the constant issues. Our salesman Jerry, was consistently helpful and tried his best to get us taken care of as soon as they could, so we could resume our retirement camping. In April 2018, the day before family flew in for a week, the converter blew and we lost the 12 volt system. We bought a battery charger to keep the 12 volt online till our daughters left for home. The day after, we drove 14 hours back home to take the camper back to Camper City. At this point we all agreed the camper was a lemon and we worked on trading it in on a new camper. Most times this would have been a tremendous monetary loss for my wife and I, as the camper was only 6 months old. The owner Michelle and our salesman Jerry worked extremely hard and took care us better than any chain store would have even thought about. They bought back the lemon and gave us a great deal on a new Rockwood camper and we are thrilled with the new unit. If they take such exceptional care of us during this extremely troubling ordeal, I am sure you will be pleased with any transaction you have with them.
