The "famous pounder cheese steak " well, it was definitely really good. It was very tasty with a mixture of a couple of different flavors. I definitely enjoyed it, and although it was pretty big, it felt light going down, which was good on my stomach. As for the pizza, well, it was ok. It's like almost there as far as being good pizza. They said they had a new recipe for the pizza, which shows me they are working on getting it to a really good tasting pizza. I can respect that. Driving home through central PA to Pittsburgh and found Mileto's as a sandwich shop stop! So glad we stopped in! Quite a hole in the wall and very limited parking. No frills here. great food! We had the buffalo chicken cheesesteaks. We ordered a whole sandwich and shared it. There is no way one person could eat a whole one alone! It was served on a standard sub roll and with a fork. The chopped chicken and cheese were so good and served with hot pepper spread. It was nice and hot and Buffalo-y, so be prepared if you don't like spicy. Quick friendly service which was perfect for a fast lunch stop. Lots of locals clearly there for lunch which is always a good sign. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the restaurant is very dingy and it's clear the shop could use a good deep clean. read more

Horrible customer service. Placed an order online. Got an update that 10 minutes was added to my pick up time as they were busy. Show up for my order and was told that it would be a few more minutes. Waited over 20 minutes and went back up to the counter and the girl asked again who I was picking up for just to be told my order was ready. Why was I told to wait when my order was ready all along??? Maybe pay attention to your customers instead of bs'ing with your co-workers! read more

I was skeptical because, on the outside, it could use a little curb appeal, but this sub shop had one of the best cheesesteaks I've ever tried. We bought one large with everything and had leftovers to take home. We were waited on promptly and the food was ready quickly even though they were busy. It's definitely a "locals" regular spot, and while it's nothing fancy, there were tables inside and it was air conditioned to escape the heat of a hot day. The service was really polite and fast. They can stamp a card where you get a free sub or sandwich after 5 visits. The chicken is whole breast meat and taste really good. They even have the old school Arizona's. Highly recommend (today's special is:) a dozen wingz for 11 bucks. read more

We had a very negative experience ordering a large order online and received little help or concern when we called in to inquire on why our order was changed drastically with no notification. It wasn't even remotely what we ordered and we didn't find out until we got home and opened the bags. I called and was told to call doordash. I did call and complained to doordash and received a partial refund, but none of this was doordash's fault. I also wrote a review here and on Google and received a full refund from Mileto's, so I've raised my review from 1 star to 3 stars. I'm sorry to say I still highly doubt I'll return because the staff were horribly rude and the food was sub-par, but I do appreciate the owners making things right in the long run, and so I'm changing my review from 1 to 3 stars. read more

This is the place for the perfect cheesesteak. The bread is soft and the hot peppers just the right spice. We ordered the 16 inch whole hoagie with mushrooms, cooked onions, hot peppers, lettuce and tomatoes. It came out hot and fresh with a fork. A fork for a sandwich, you ponder?? Yes!! Mileto's. What is there to say besides consistently satisfying. I found this place over a year ago and was hooked to their chicken cheesesteak ever since. I had to go to Chicago for 8 months, but as soon as I returned Mileto's was one of my first priories upon returning to Williamsport area. The bang for the buck here is impeccable. They have multiple cooks who deliver that cheesesteak I so much desire for lunch everyday. I work nearby and probably get Mileto's 4/5 days of the work week. These cheesesteaks are right up there with Dalessandro's or Jim's or Max's in Philly.
