He even created a work around until he could come back the next day to ensure I had hot water! On the day of installation, I wasn't able to be home so he took a video after the job was complete explaining the system and texted it to me. The team did an excellent job with the install (made sure it was up to code) and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They ensured I was happy with the result and that all of my questions were answered.
