Took me right away for a pedi! Regular pedi is $35 which is pretty cheap these days. Nice clean spot at the town center. My girl didn't really talk much, but that was fine, I was preoccupied with my phone anyway. It was a nice pedi! Would've given 5 stars if she didn't rip my hang nail off ): my toe is sore two days later, but she did tell me to put medicine when I got home (which I did).
We came here on a Thursday afternoon for a walk-in, one pedi and one mani. We were seated right away, which was very nice. The salon is very bright, but kind of small. I decided to get dip powder on my nails, and was asked three times what color I wanted, but I never got swatches to look at. One lady started soaking my nails, and then she left me there, didn't say anything, and started on a pedicure with somebody else. Another girl finally came over to start taking my color off. I got a manicure, which was $20 in addition to the dip. I did not get any kind of massage, lotion, or cuticle treatment. I thought those were supposed to be included in a manicure. My Grams really liked her service and the massage. Overall not impressed with the quality of the service for how much it ended up being, which was $145 for both. Not including tip.
Came for the first time on 3/15/25 after a last minute debate with myself to get a mani and pedi to look nice for today's special event. My whim came out to $159 + a $30 tip. My fault for choosing deluxe mani and pedi plus design and gel. They even add on $10 for removing polish on nails. I entered the shop in the Mililani Town Center. The signage caught my eye since it was a name change. I liked it cuz you're immediately greeted and directed to a pedicure station. The interior is uncluttered, clean with 6 sparkling new equipment/furniture for pedicures and new manicure desks with everything matching. From the front pay sign in counter it's smartly organized with simple but expensive, decor and one large tv at the end of the customer area. You can tell immediately that no expense was spared. Since another customer and I were the last ones for the day, they wipe down every chair, water spigot, empty the trash and sweep. Such teamwork. I was in awe. I lucked out and was serviced by Dai. We hit it off right away and I like how she made me laugh and made eye contact at the appropriate time to check if the leg massage was the right enjoyable pressure and for the correct color I chose plus the extra design I asked for on the big toes. She did the same thing during the manicure for shaping of my real nails and suggesting fading technique instead of the entire nails painted my bright pink selection. She spoke English well and was a bit older than my two usual techs at two other places. Dai was gentle, meticulous and I was treated with such care. I kept thinking it reminded me of when my grandma washed my back in their downstairs furo. I totally enjoyed her doing my nails. Without me asking she wrote her name on a business card for me to come again to her and call first. Since it was a spur of the moment decision, I didn't have enough cash on me for a $30 tip. There was a sign on the wall meaning tips not allowed to be charged. I was allowed to debit it ( not sure if they didn't want me to leave the shop and find an ATM) but it's way easier to have cash in the future. My bad.
For my first full set manicure and it went good. I couldn't decide what I wanted but while she was doing my nails I saw she had this design on her nails. So I asked her if she could do the same on mine. Simple and cute. I also love how location and parking are very convenient.
Nail technician did a great job with my acrylic gel set. Got the results I was expecting and the price was right.
NO! If you're seeing this, get out of there. Go literally anywhere else. Had reservations for a 10:30am pedicure/manicure session. Walked in 10 minutes early to find that every chair was full. A woman in the back looked up and we said we were here for our appointment and she said come back in an hour. AN. HOUR. ?! My friend clearly said but I called yesterday and made an appointment. The woman came to the front and pulled out a sheet and said oh. Okay, write your number by your name and we will call you. This was the only day my friend and I were able to arrange time together for weeks so we went ahead and wandered around for an hour, waiting for them to call. They didn't call so we went back and were immediately told to sit in chairs and enjoy the massager. Our pedicures didn't start until after 12, with one person trying to do both. 90 minutes after our appointment time. The pedicures weren't bad but they were not worth the 1) having one person try to do both for us when we made two separate appointments, 2) the price considering the service, 3) the 90 minute wait and 4) that my pedicure (signature) took another 90 minutes. If they had taken us on time I wouldn't have as many complaints. The huge delay meant we didn't have time for grabbing lunch, and I had to skip my manicure because I had an appointment elsewhere at 3. I'm honestly just bewildered that you would accept appointments and not honor them or admit their mistake and correct it somehow. And even as we were getting our pedicures done (my friend did manage to get her manicure done, as I was still halfway through my pedicure when hers finished), other people were walking in and being told it would be a short wait. Don't get duped, the prices aren't worth it. Tips are cash/cashapp/venmo only. By the time they added all my extras (gel removal, gel polish addition) I paid $98 before tip. So one dollar for every minute they made me wait lol
Bruh... Never again. They did me wrong. This is what I asked for and this is what I got. My fault for talking story with my friend the whole time, so I wasn't paying attention until it was too late to say something. But, the tech didn't even stop at any point to ask me if it looked Ok. Took 2 hrs for a deluxe pedi and she even cut my cuticles so short I bled.
0 stars cause service was incomplete. Spent $85 for a mani/pedi to walk out with horrible painted pedi and my mani not even done. Once u walk in, they all talking their language. Made me uncomfortable cause I can hear her saying my nails are long. First time in 8months I did not have my nails done thanks to them. I don't understand how it was $85 just to get 'y feet done one color. The lady who was doing my nails took one hour trying to remove the previous set I had on. My nails flew into my face while she was cutting him and it hurt I was tearing up right in front of her. I told her to stop 3xs but she insisted on going. She poked me and made my fingers bleed and bruise while trying to take my previous set off. She soaked my fingers in ice cold acetone to the point my fingers were freezing off. I told her so many times it was freezing. She didn't do anything about it. I finally told her I need to go. And paid $85 and went out. I would've complained about the pricing and why I had to pay that much but I was already a ticking bomb and had to seriously get out of there. Don't go here. Now I have no nails. They talk too much smack here. They're uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Update: The nail tech that did my full set fixed it for feee & stated that due to that being my first time customer there she's do it for free but next time she'll charge me. Then told me next time be careful with what I'm doing... um excuse me but if my nails were done correctly then it wouldn't have broke while I was doing laundry. I've never had that happen to me. I'm sorry but due to her customer device and how she treated me I won't be going back here again! Mili nail is Located at Mililani Town Center. Salon was nice & clean, tv on but couldn't hear it or any music. Techs pretty much just talked amongst themselves. Service was quick and fast. Did my pedi which was great, but my fullset acrylic was horrible as indicated in my pictures provided. Not even 5 hours after getting my nails done here, my right thumb acrylic completely broke off. Noticed my left thumb is cracked. Used to love coming to the salon here before it changed name & owner. Decided to give them a try because it's convenient. Don't think I'll be coming here again.
I went back because I thought why not the service was good maybe I just needed another tech. Nope! The new tech was very friendly but the quality of work was not good. I was cut badly on 2 fingers when she was filing my nails. I also had to go back within the hour because one of my French tip paint started chipping! Kimmi was very accommodating stopped what she was doing to fix it but I should not have had to come back in the first place. She offered to do some additional length on a few of my nails to match length of other nails at no charge. I agreed and the quality was not good. Thick and crooked. The paint job was also poor with bubbling and streaking on the majority of the nails. Location is convenient, shop is clean, and service is friendly but the talent is lacking. There will be no 3rd visit. read more
Very nice experience today at Mili Nails. I was a walk-in and immediately greeted by a very nice woman. I came in specifically for a pedicure. This is the second place I have come to for this service. It's in the Mililani Town Shopping Center which has ample parking. The shop is in between Aloha Salad and Mililani Barbeque. The shop is very clean! The chairs for pedicures are clean and comfortable. My technician was very nice! She gave me the listing and I explained what I was looking for. She took the time to show me what the service was going to cost before beginning. This was a huge plus as I have never experienced or seen this occur. She didn't rush and when it came to choosing my color, she was very understanding and helpful when the colors weren't nice. I got the signature pedicure and enjoy it in addition, I did gel polish. Simple this time The pricing is like other nail places I've been even though I've only did a mani. I recommend stopping by! I'll return for my next service. I don't know why I've waited so long. read more

Kimmie did my nails. She did a wonderful job, knew exactly what to do from inspo pic. She was very kind and did it surprisingly fast and well! Recommend this place, great service and good prices ! read more

I had a girls day at the nail salon and Ive never had a pedicure like this before. My feet were baby soft when I was done and the artwork was fabulous! They were gentle with my feet and the massage was the best I ever had! Soooo good! I will definitely come back here read more

I always make my nail appointment with CK here. He always makes sure to provide the best service and will help me make my decisions because I am always very indecisive. Usually I get a full dip set, with solid color & glitter or some type of accent nails. CK had another idea for me and I trusted his vision haha They were very busy today. Even with them being busy, CK took his time to hand paint Christmas designs on my perfectly neutral dip nails. My husband got a super pedicure today! The person working on his pedicure did a really thorough job and he was very happy with how his feet felt afterwards. He described it as walking on clouds. read more

Awesome nails! Quick fast and efficient service. I got what I wanted done in a timely manner and my nail tech was polite and made the experience comfortable. It was empty when I came in so I didn't have to make a reservation either - it was a good spur of the moment decision that I'm happy with! Will come back when I'm in the area read more

The location is very convenient. My daughters got their nails done with my mom as a girls day activity while me and the boys went to Fun Factory and ate lunch. Unfortunately, my mother had received a Gel-X nail removal and got them redone but said she got her nails ripped off and left her nail bed sensitive and sore for 3 days after. Instead of soaking the nail to remove it properly the old gel was ripped off causing her pain. As for the girls, they received a kids gel manicure and pedicure. Two days later they already had peeled gel nails, so missing gel on those fingers. read more

I'm a nice person but I am very unhappy with my service at all,0 star for the lady's that did my pedicure and eyebrows wax. The lady rushed me and told me sit down without having chosen a color yet.I didn't want gel polish but she tried to invite me. No sanitation or clean up was done after customer left that same room. I could also see pieces of hair on the bed . Instead of eating and gossiping in their language , they should learn how to do take good care of their customers . I will never go there again. If you want to full relaxing service and want what you pay for, then AVOID this place read more

Very disappointed and not returning. Lady seemed nice, but it was like she was rushing during my Signature Pedicure $65. Everything she did was painful. I asked her politely if she could be a little more gentle. She stabbed me several times while she was cutting my cuticles & filed some skin off when she used the electric filer to remove my old gel polish. She never apologized or acknowledged that she cut me either, she put cotton with rubbing alcohol over my open cuts. Very rough & for someone who's rushing everything took 2 hours total for my pedi. She spent over 35 minutes trying to get the white gel polish nice on my toenails before she put the chrome powder on. Other employees there seemed like they didn't want to help anyone either. I'd much rather go to Mililani Mauka for my nails. read more

Never coming back. Got a dip powder manicure and it looked nice but literally lasted 1 day and 7/10 nails cracked due to how thin they were done. I went back the following day to have them fixed & the nail tech insisted that it was because of my active lifestyle & that dip powder is not strong. Keep in mind I only had done light household chores like laundry and dishes in that 1 day. Not to mention I've had numerous dip powder manicures in the past and NEVER had that problem. So she redid them for me, and again 1 day later they're cracked. I called back to request perhaps a gel manicure instead since clearly this isn't working out. The same nail tech answered my call and said that I'd have to pay again to have them redone. I've already spent $125 and 3+ hours in less than a week. To have to pay more money and time is absurd and I will not be returning & would not recommend visiting this salon. read more
Acrylic set done for $75 was NOT bad at all!! My nails did hurt a bit from how thick the acrylic gel was layered on so it did take a few extra days to adjust. My technician, B, did a lovely job and really took his time on the detail, color, and shape that I wanted. read more

I came for gel removal only. And that's how gruffly the technician did her job. My nail plates are thin and damaged now. I can't apply another gel on them until they grow healthy.. Which is at least 6 month from now (((( no more comments... read more

I have been coming here since 2008 and I have experienced many changes with management and nail technicians, but I have to say I have found an exceptional nail technician named YEN (like the currency ). I had her for the very first time on Mother's Day and she was very nice and did a really great job with my gel manicure and pedicure. I was very impressed by the amount of detail and quality she puts into satisfying the customer and the great work. I decided to make an appointment today with YEN and she waited for me patiently and really did an awesome job again. If you want a nice set of nails (clean nails), definitely make an appointment with Yen. Thank you YEN! read more
