I rarely leave reviews because if it's positive, I always think it was their friend or family. However, I felt compelled to recognize the great work I have received on several occasions from the team at Milk. Between hanging televisions, installing appliances, upgrading main and sub panels, or just hanging a new light fixture, they do it efficiently and with precision. I will continue to use them on both our commercial and residential projects and while selfishly I hate to recommend you do too, I am willing to bet you will be very happy with the service you receive and I will wait my turn.

More than 10 years later and still working!

Do you want work done right the first time around? Look no further! Dan, Jolie, and the rest of the crew provide excellent service and installation for all of your electrical needs. Do you not know what to choose when it comes to your audio and visual (home theater equipment)? Dan is by far the most experienced electrical technician I've come across. Not for nothing, this guy runs circles around the competition, he is very humble about it too. At work, I meet a lot of people from all walks of life. So I had my fair share of interviewing the rest out there, no need, you've found the right company to work with. Milk Electrical will save you time, and money. I know, because before I started my project Milk Electrical was able to foresee any problems that I may come across during my project. Honest, reliable, and attentive. What else can you ask for? Do yourself a favor and call Milk Electrical. Here are some before and afters of their work, check it out for yourself..

Dan the Man put in a (Pony wall) to serve as the support frame for my 60" tv. He was in and out faster than I could cook breakfast.

Just Hang is the best company for your tv hanging needs. There is no such thing as impossible because Dan "The Man" is very innovative and knowledgeable that he will make it happen! There is no can't only "CAN DO". Best experience ever. He was in and out faster than I can cook my breakfast. Just Hang Baby!!

After speaking…read morewith Jesse initially, we felt confident we had chosen the right company, as they were friendly and highly accommodating to our schedule and needs. We were equally impressed by Jr's professionalism, knowledge, and workmanship. He listened carefully to our requirements and used his skills and foresight to successfully complete the project. We are so pleased with the results that we have already referred Ready Electric to our family and neighbors. Thank you Jesse & Jr for your prompt service, cleanliness and outstanding work. It's clear that you take great pride in what you do!

I had an emergency situation that ultimately called for a full panel upgrade. We scheduled a visit…read moreto check out the problem the next day, which was not an emergency inspection or anything. He came to check out the problem and give me a quote. Overall, he was thorough in explaining stuff. What rubbed me the wrong way was how after I asked him for a quote and told him I have one other person checking it out to give me a quote, his tone changed. I explained that this is an expensive project and it would be dumb to just get your price and go with it without checking with at least one other company. I'm not made out of money here. He then gave me the quote and it was literally like twice the range of most panel upgrades. I get that you're licensed, but so are most of these companies. I feel like because of my situation (Edison had cut the power to my place), he was just taking advantage. Admittedly, I was desperate to get it fixed, but I'm not going to pay almost 12k for something that costs around 5k. So he gives me the quote breakdown and four options (all way over average prices), and then I say thanks and that again, someone is also going to stop by and take a look and I'll text him either way. He then gave me a guilt trip about how they reserved the day for me and how it sucks that I'm not just taking the job. At that point, even if the second guy wasn't going to work out, I was not going with this company. Fortunately, the second guy (also licensed) that came was able to pull some strings and get everything done --meter checked, permitted--the next day for a fraction of what Ready Electric quoted me. Power is back on and I didn't spend more than I needed to. For those of you needing electric work: shop around. Oftentimes we need this kind of work done ASAP, but companies will definitely take advantage as was this case. 3 stars because they responded quick and did explain things thoroughly. Clarification based on Ready Electric's reply: The quote was $11,600 for a standard panel upgrade. Yes, my panel was in bad shape, but I was not misrepresenting the situation. If anything, to suggest that your most affordable option was $1k when it was really (according to you) not really an option at all (with zero warranty even) and to leave out your main recommendation (the panel upgrade) is misrepresentative. I credit you for going out of your way and explaining stuff, and I would imagine that as a business, that part of the getting business is time-consuming. Apparently there was an inspection fee that was waived, and the gentlemen that came even asked, "how did you get the inspection fee waived?" Well, no fee was ever mentioned upon calling and making an appointment, and had there been, I would have never made the appointment in the first place. You mentioned that you understand people would get a second opinion and that's good; however, the whole reason I wrote my review (which I rarely do) was because of the guilt trip I was given for doing so. It was unnecessary and a poor persuasion technique. If I were to have said I have another guy coming to get a second opinion and you were like, "absolutely, just let us know if you decide to move forward with us," I would have never wrote my review, or I would've written one that praised the thoroughness of your quoting process. Also, the guy I went with was a referral from my brother's current contractor, but he has never worked with any of us directly. So we didn't have an existing relationship or anything. In fact, when I told him what i was quoted, he laughed and said that's just people trying to take advantage. Again, the point of my review was ultimately to warn people to shop around and not go with the first quote you get, especially if you're in a pinch like I was. Another day without electricity is worth not getting ripped off.

They took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns and explained everything clearly, including a detailed breakdown of the work and pricing before we moved forward. They upgraded our home to a 200-amp electrical panel, installed a 50-amp car charger outlet, and completed additional electrical work for our kitchen, laundry area, and portable AC. The entire process was seamless. The team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of our home. Everything was completed beautifully and left in great working order. I also really appreciate that they stand behind their work and guarantee it, which gives us extra peace of mind. It's not always easy to find a company that communicates well, is transparent about pricing, and does quality work. We had a great experience with Primo Electric and would definitely recommend them!

When asked if he could quote me on some work in the attic he said he would take a look at it if he was seriously considered for the job. A few weeks went by and I contacted him to see if he could come he said he would and not only did he not show up but he didn't bother letting me know he couldn't make it. It's like he doesn't want to bother going to the job site unless he has the job locked in. I rather pay more and work with someone who takes the time to look at the job onsite and quotes me accordingly. No hidden costs which can happen if they're not thorough when quoting the job.
