Great tasting soft serve ice cream. Nice balance, and good texture mouth feel. The shop is adorned with cute cow decor. Service was super efficient. Our order was done before we even finished paying!

One of my new favorite dessert spots! The tiramisu is amazing. The workers are also really kind and welcoming, accommodating my friend and I shortly before closing time. I appreciate the great atmosphere!

Seen Milkcow and had to give it a go. The staff was great on explaining how it all worked. I went with the affogato and it was delicious. The soft serve was super creamy and tasty. It did need more of the espresso flavor mixed in but it was good.

New Obsession unlocked!! So delicious! I got the Cairo crunch and it was divine. The whole family loved our trip to Milk cow! The shop was clean and inviting, had plenty of seats available! The staff were friendly and oh so patient since I was so indecisive...sorry guys! Luckily the line formed after we ordered. Anyways, can't wait to come back for more!

Milkcow Cafe has a third location in Las Vegas on Paradise near Sands and Twain. You'll find them at The Collective, next to Qargo Coffee and Cleaver Butcher Meats Seafood & Cocktails. There's good parking and ample lighting at night. Soft opening was on June 9, 2026. Grand opening was on June 12, 2026. They open late on weekends. Hours is Sunday to Thursday from 12pm to 11pm, and Friday to Saturday from 12pm to 12am (midnight). Inside is a casual and relaxed atmosphere with soft music playing in the background and plenty of seating. Menu offers a nice selection of classic base swirl such as milky way, ube, chocolate, coffee, watermelon, and pineapple. They feature popular items, including milkcow favorites, signature, cotton candy & blasts, along with side toppings and croffles. For drinks, they have hot and cold tea, milk tea, and refreshers. You can ask to adjust sweetness from no sweet to quarter (25%), half sweet (50%), less sweet (80%), or regular. I ordered light and chose Cairo Crunch (+$0.95) in kid's size ($4.75), requested no salted caramel, it's good and tasty! Milky way swirl is a nice serving with crunchy toppings of pistachio crumbs, comes with a choice of macaron. Flavors available are pistachio, I went with chocolate macaron. Service from Madison and Kloey is very kind, welcoming, and friendly! I wasn't able to finish, so I plan to save it for later. I realized there's no lid available for a kid size cup. Kloey was super helpful in securing the swirl with an extra cup, and a to-go bag, thank you so much I appreciate it!

Honestly, not the best. Very mid, would not try again. Plus the customer service is sooo lacking. Customer service requires much more than just an initial hello when customers walk in the door. I got the cookies and cream -- it was flavorless, tasted like nothing. My wife got the ube with honeycomb which she liked more than mine but said it was way too sweet and the honey was overpowering. We will not be back personal

Efficient, friendly service in a pleasant enough space. Tasty soft serve with toppings. Prices were reasonable. Worth a stop after eating too much steak next door at Cleaver - ice cream settles your stomach, don't you know?

Yay, I got to go to grand opening. I'm so excited. And I'm the first to write a review. lol Came in about 1230. I've been wanting to try this place but usually when I'm close to when they're not open but now they put one closer to me so yay I couldn't really decide what to get, but I settled on the strawberry cheesecake. It was delicious. I will definitely come back and try more than more of the other flavors. The strawberry cheesecake was delicious. The ice cream is creamy. I love the toppings and the cheese cheesecake kind of like dust they had in there delicious. The workers were really friendly as well

I was intown and wanted soft serve. The service here was good. I ordered the pineapple with watermelon pineapple soft serve. It also had pineapple. There is a cut out in the middle of the pineapple so its not totally full but cute. I wish the ambiance was a little more fun but it was nice to try.

Finally gave this location a try. Maybe I was right to avoid them…read more Hui Lau Shan is a chain originating from Hong Kong that offers certain fruit-forward desserts, often involving a lot of cold or icy components. Some other spots in town have similar offerings and may be doing a better job at it. I ordered the J2. Jumbo Pomelo & Mango with Sago ($13.95) to share in our group. There was a wide variety of ingredients, generally tasting quite good. The actual mango fruit was soft and super sweet, there was perhaps a coconut jelly topping that was also nice, as well as a coconut ice that felt snowy in texture, a mango custard, and a decent helping of sago near the bottom. However, I wish that the mango ice cream wasn't so hard and icy, and I was disappointed later to realize that we didn't get any pomelo at all. I really enjoyed the pomelo the last time I had a similar dessert. The dining area did seem pretty clean at least, and they offered complimentary cups of water for each of us after I requested it. Napkins are cheap but freely available, and spoons are pretty sturdy despite being disposable plastic. Maybe I'll come back to this Hui Lau Shan location if I'm around Spring Mountain and find myself really craving their brand of desserts. But I'd prioritize different businesses if I were planning a trip.

After so many years of coming to Suzuya. I must say, they are very consistent and by now I think I've tried every regular item and plenty of yummy seasonal items. We love the salads when we're avoiding sugary stuff & pair it with a straight forward Matcha. For the desserts/pastries, my family loves the strawberry cake for birthdays. Me, I don't like cake unless it's cheesecake & they have a variety. Personally I do love the Yuzu Panna Cotta (ya I prolly spelt that wrong). && the macaroons are super great, ima MAC kinda guy, so a variety of flavors is a W! For the vibe inside! I love the music not having lyrics, super chill jazzy upbeat. So it's easy to concentrate for conversations, reading and online work. It's always very clean, constant flow of customers, some apparel & grab n go items. The colors are a soft wood, white and green plants all around with some gold accents and a clean appearance of staff, with positive attitudes. If I wanting anything more from the biz, it would be a reward system & larger sized drinks. I know bigger drinks aren't necessarily good for us, so I get it :-/ haha. Either way, 10 out of 10 biz!

Thank you, Mike, for taking the time to respond. I appreciate your acknowledgment of the other…read moreservice issues I experienced. However, I do want to clarify one very important point regarding my service dog. He was calm, quiet, and completely under control throughout the entire visit. He was not active, disruptive, or vocal at any time. He is a trained service dog, not a pet. I also want to clarify that under the ADA, a person with a service dog cannot be required to sit outside simply because they are accompanied by a service animal. Service dogs are generally permitted to accompany their handlers in areas where customers are normally allowed. A service animal may only be excluded in limited circumstances, such as when the animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action, or when the animal is not housebroken. Neither of those circumstances applied here. So while I understand your policy regarding active or vocal dogs, that does not describe my dog or what happened during my visit. He was calm and caused no disturbance whatsoever. I sincerely hope your staff can be better informed about the distinction between pets and service animals so that another customer with a legitimate service dog is not made to feel unwelcome or told they MUST sit outside.
