Such a cute little shop! There's no seating inside, but the store itself is super bright and welcoming. They also sell fun merch, like stickers, shirts, and tote bags. They even have Lactaid, which is a thoughtful touch. Staff were really nice too. I tried a few flavors: the seasonal jelly doughnut (a bit too sweet for me) and the mango jalapeno margarita (sweet start with a spicy kick at the end). I ended up getting the ube though, and it was honestly one of the best ube ice creams I've ever had - super soft and creamy with bits of ube throughout, and the flavor was perfectly balanced, not too strong or too mild. Even in the dead of winter at 40 degrees, I'd still come back here for ice cream.
I normally don't eat ice cream but Andia's is really good. They have multiple locations and every single one has a cute, pink interior. They even sell small branded items, which is such a fun touch. Every time I've been, there's been a long line, but the service is fast so you never have to wait long. I've sampled several of their flavors, and honestly, everything tastes amazing it's hard to choose because they're all so good. Highly recommend!
This ice cream parlor is incredible. If your in Raleigh or Cary, it is a must have. They offer a large number of ice cream flavors and cake, sugar and waffle cones. I had Mexican Hot Chocolate in a waffle cone. Mexican Hot Chocolate is chocolate ice cream with a hint of cinnamon--delicious. My guest had Cotton Candy in a sugar cone. The staff is always very friendly, patient and knowledgeable.
Myself, my friend and her 10 year old son with special needs stopped by for some ice cream this afternoon. I am not new to Andia's but this location was new to me. The employee greeted us upon entry and was so thoughtful and accommodating to child with us. He was not interested in sampling ice cream but was admit on having a large one. We each ordered a single scoop and she put his in a larger bowl and this made his day! As always, the cake batter ice cream I had was amazing and we were able to get a table right out front. Great product, service and atmosphere! Keep up the great work!

It can be for family, friends, or even a date night! My niece and I played on the slide across the street and then came in and got the Ube Ice Cream, we enjoyed it! So many flavors and options to choose from at a really great price! Very creative and tasty menu! The service was superb! They were so kind and patient with everyone who walked in the door! They move quickly so don't let any long lines deter you! Wonderful job team! We will be back!
Deciding where to get my official birthday treat each year is a big deal for me as I always want to bring a combination of good food and aesthetics into the celebration! I had a good experience with the service and quality of the ice cream from this Andia's so I decided to try their custom ice cream cake. It was easy to order online and picking up went smoothly. Andia's can get crowded on a busy summer night but it's still an open concept ambiance and a pleasant walk in the surrounding area. I was impressed with the quality and details on my cake, and on top of that my guests commented how the ice cream had such an elevated high quality taste.

The nut butter and cayenne pepper perfectly complemented the indulgent chocolate ice cream. Andia's makes delicious waffle bowls and cones and sprinkles are always free. The employees are friendly and helpful. I like that you can try the flavors before purchasing, even if they are busy. I never got around to trying one of the limited addition crazy milkshakes. I noticed that here they offer a few monster shakes year round. Plus they are served in souvenir mason jar. Andia's is pricy, comparable to other ice cream shops in the area, but the scoops are smaller in comparison. We still return and recommend Andia's to others since their flavors are incredible.

We can in for milkshakes... My wife and I stop by Andia's Ice Cream for milkshakes on a Saturday night at 7:30PM but, unfortunately the menu on the wall had sold out stickers on them. We decided to get ice cream in waffle cone since we couldn't get the milkshakes. I got the Cookies N Cream in a waffle cone My wife got the Cotton Candy in a waffle cone. The cookies N Cream was good but, the waffle cone was not. The waffle cones are the "softer" ones, i was expecting the classic crunchy waffle cone. I just ate the ice cream with a spoon out of the cone. The cotton candy was not good. It tasted like sugar free ice cream. Same thing with the waffle cone as I previously wrote. The service was great! The ambiance was nice. Not sure if we would go back, our favorite ice cream shop is in Durham and I would prefer to drive 30Min to that place. I would rate Andia's ice cream shop 5th in the Raleigh/Durham area for ice cream. *I would say give it a try I may love it. read more

I have been craving Andia's all week. These new fall flavors dropped and call me crazy but I've really been looking forward to coming here, so of course when I had the opportunity to come on my lunch break, I grabbed my bestie and walked in the door. We're standing by the ice cream looking at the selections and there's a gentleman behind us in line...the woman behind the counter Paige, the manager, goes right past us, ignoring us and speaks to the gentleman behind us. Thankfully, he's a respectful human and tells her that we were there first before him, which was obvious because we were literally standing in front of him. She helps us and then as we are trying to decide our flavor after our first sample she tells us we can only have two samples. So now there's a whole conundrum because had I known I would have chosen differently, not to mention she wasn't very nice about it. I had just recently came here and wasn't told about this rule so of course I was surprised. The gentleman behind us again came to our rescue and gave me his samples so I could try my flavors in question. I had even offered for the samples to be one spoon with three flavors on it, to cut down on the amount of ice cream being doled out. I just really wanted to try the flavor, but she refused. All in all, I love the product here but today's service was so disappointing. I think I'll try a new location. read more

Andia's Ice Cream is located at Raleigh Iron Works. There is free parking in the parking garage, the lots on the end or in the 15 minute parking spots. The staff is friendly and will provide you two samples. There are many flavors to choose from and they seem to change some of the flavors each month. I got a scoop of gingerbread ice cream and a chocolate milkshake with marshmallows. The gingerbread became a little too rich for my taste buds but the chocolate shake was very good. The prices are on the high side so that would keep me from coming often. read more

I love this place! Located in Iron Works, the restaurant has free parking. They have tons of flavors and offer a mini 6-scoop sampler for around $8. I ordered Butterscotch almond latte, peanut butter fudge, butter toffee popcorn, coffee bean crunch, Oreo cookies and cream, and brownie batter. My top 2 flavors were butterscotch almond latte and Oreo cookies and cream. All the ice cream was super tasty though. Definitely would return. read more

What a fun up and coming spot... most of the nearby businesses were still coming soon, but a decent amount are open. The inside was clean and we were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. Andia's had a great selection but I had to go with the ube, which was absolutely delicious. I also sampled the baklava flavor which had a great cinnamon kick, but ube is always a favorite of mine so I couldn't resist the call. We also left with a pint of the ube and a lemon basil sorbet for later. The only reason I'd give this 4 out of 5 stars is due to the price, $11/pint of ice cream/sorbet is pretty steep any way you look at it. It was much better tasting than the average place, just pricey. read more

I've been here 3 times and each time I leave so satisfied and happy. Today I brought my kids and they enjoyed their ice cream. I love how they have 6 new flavors to try each month. I went twice this week so I was able to try the Biscoff Cheesecake (flavor for Nov) before it was gone. Wow, so happy I got to try it and not have to wait until next November. Today I tried the Gingerbread Cookie, which is a December flavor, so if you like Gingerbread and you like Cookies, try this one!! Seriously the ice cream here is really good. My kids had Cotton Candy, Peppermint (Dec Flavor), and Cake Batter. To know what's the new flavors for the month, check out their instagram page. Shop is clean. There is only outdoor seating. Staff are welcoming and friendly. They take allergies very seriously. Just let them know once you arrive and they will make sure to prepare the ice cream accordingly. Soo happy to have an Andia's close by!! I have been to their other locations, but they were just a bit too far to grab a casual ice cream. They are located across from East Cut in Raleigh Iron Works. If you come in off of Whitaker Mill then they are down the end, if you come on the parking garage side, they are one of the first businesses after you clear the garage area. Generally I've found no problem grabbing one of the spots on the street. My favorite two ice cream options here are the creme brulee and the s'mores sundae. The creme brulee is just delicious plain and simple. Definitely worth a try! Love the hard crunch of the sugar and the super flavorful vanilla ice cream. The s'mores is a secret menu item-- waffle bowl, graham cracker, chocolate ice cream, with torched marshmallow on top. Yum! I do wish you could split the flavors in a single scoop, mostly for my five year old who always wants more than one flavor, but never finishes a full two scoops. Our first visit to Andia's Ice Cream was a mixed experience. The staff wasn't friendly--they didn't greet us when we came in, and I wasn't even sure when they were ready to help my family. They just sort of stood there, and I had to ask if it was our turn. Nothing was explained, and I wasn't asked what I'd like. We were drawn in by their amazing marketing on social media and decided to order their specialty $15 milkshakes. The shakes were good, but there are a few suggestions I'd make: 1 Greet customers and ask if they've visited before. Offer assistance if they haven't. 2. Part of the milkshake cost includes a souvenir cup, but it's covered in icing and ice cream, making it hard to take home. It would be better if customers could exchange their mug for a clean one. (Want to note I raised this concern with the staff and they would not clean our mug for us or offer a clean one. We purchased three milkshakes totaling $60 with tip so it would have been nice had they even offered one clean mug or a suggestion of how to transport) Overall, while the shakes were tasty, the customer service experience could use some improvement. read more

Andia's is unlike any ice-cream shop we've been to around here...why? Ube ice cream...by the pint!! We can't find Ube ice cream anywhere, we've been to countless international markets, grocery stores, and even googled nearby ice cream shops...no one has Ube pints except Andia's!! And it's sooooo good, rather, addicting, if you will. We have tried their other flavors and while everything there is a solid choice, it's the Ube that has us wishing they were closer. So besides our obsession over our favorite flavor there, we really like the employees there! All friendly, helpful, and they even offered us to try a flavor before committing. The shop itself is cute and bright, very welcoming. There are a few chairs and tables outside to enjoy Andia's flavorful ice creams. The ONE complaint I have is that it's a bit expensive. I do believe we paid $11 for a pint of ice cream (I know...I know, and I'll pay it again if I get my hands on that purply goodness). But overall, everything tasted amazing and I felt like I didn't waste my money! So, win win for everyone! read more

There's usually a line out the door for Andia's, and it makes complete sense. Housemade ice cream to perfection. The monthly specialty flavors are creative and fun, while their year-round flavors truly never get old. The Lemon Basil Sorbet and Rose Pistachio are my all time favorites, Oreo Latte is the GOAT, and Baklava is underrated. PS- you can buy pints to take home, and they ship nationwide. read more

I really enjoyed coming to Andia's for a scoop of ice cream! The plus side is that it's at the new Raleigh Iron Works where they have a relaxing vibe with shops and restaurants. Now granted they're starting to get more traction but I wouldn't let the isolated area deter you. The manager at Andia's was extremely kind and even offered to take a photo for my family. I tried all different flavors before settling down on the strawberry which was surprisingly not too sweet! And my partner's mint chocolate was also delicious and not too sweet. Sometimes it's hard to find desserts that not just filled with sugar. Definitely come here first and then go to Eastcut for a sandwich. Yes, dessert always comes first. read more

Loved!!!! So glad I have another ice cream place I like in Raleigh. I really liked the ice cream. I especially liked that they have special monthly flavors. The flavors this month were very holiday themed. I got Santa's cookies (or something like that). It was really good. I'd love to try their gingerbread cookie flavor too. And the peppermint one. Yum. I also rlly liked the service. The guy scooping the ice cream was super nice. He did a great job. He was really talking up the flavors, and I need that because I'm bad at making decisions. read more

Andia's opened in the Raleigh area to much fanfare, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The ice cream brûlée is incredible - I only had a bite but am getting my own next time - and their homemade waffle cones are amazing. Pumpkin chai and salted caramel flavors are great. read more
