Jasmine Tea Jelly 4/5 I really liked how fragrant the jelly was and that the jelly was a softer jelly that reminds you of Aiyu jelly. The after taste was a bit bitter but I feel like that tells me it was brewed and made and not just bought to serve. It's served with a splash of half and half I believe. To-Go I wanted to try and compare all the tea flavored jellies they had, Jasmine, Oolong and Earl Grey Tea Jelly. Packaged with small packets of the half and half to add later. The best was OOLONG 5/5- it had a slight roasted tea flavor that was refreshing and comforting at the same time. What you would want from a milk tea. Second best was Jasmine - fragrant and less bitter than the one I had in restaurant, typical jasmine flavor that's lightly floral and not too heavy Earl Grey 3/5 - it was good if you like earl grey like me, but it has an intensely strong fragrance and flavor that might be off-putting if you're not used to the taste. It was by far the strongest floral taste and smell of the three. I'd definitely be back to get these to go, they carry well and you can cross borders with them :)

The food did not disappoint. All the Taiwanese snacks we tried were delicious and full of authentic flavors. Our absolute favorite was the shaved ice--it was refreshing, perfectly textured, and just amazing! Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for genuine Taiwanese food and warm, attentive service. Warning: Parking on the lot is 1.5hrs only for the whole day and they are strict and will ticket you - this includes if you are running errands earlier in the day in the same lot and had left and returned. God bless the Chinese uncle that owns and runs the place... he and the lady taking the order barely spoke English, so we stumbled with our Mandarin. I think they even spoke Taiwanese with each other?!? Instead of ordering multiple drinks, we just ordered the one mango lover's coconut pudding. Honestly, we didn't know what the heck we ordered and we ordered it to go. It took a little while to prepare, but when it came we were presented with a coconut wrapped in cellophane. We were intrigued and had to open it right then and there. We were treated to a coconut FILLED with fresh mango, mochi, and pudding... all in a fresh coconut - the coconut meat was thin, so you knew it was juicy and fresh! My oldest kid did his best to claim it all for himself as we all wanted a taste. In the end, we did the only thing logical and had to order a second. The restaurant itself is small with just a few tables, but the food speaks for itself. Along with tofu and soy pudding, they also sell a great selection of dim sum-style snacks and several varieties of soy milk, including regular, black bean, and ginger. Everything feels homemade and thoughtfully prepared. Parking is conveniently available right in front of the restaurant, making it easy to stop by. If you love fresh tofu, comforting soy pudding, or unique snacks, this place is definitely worth a visit.

I went there and got an iced lemon tea for $3.75! Very cheap and affordable, it's half the price of a normal bubble tea. Lemon tea tasted heavenly, I think this is top tier lemon tea. Overall, if it's your first time at Richmond Public Market, Peanuts is a good place to go to.
