I have lost weight to help my arthritis by going on a non-inflammatory diet. But thanks to WFM I can now have dark chocolate. Sugar, organic cane sugar and now I discovered coconut sugar messes up my arthritis something bad (all those sugars negatively affect my inflammation. All but Raw Chocolates, which WFM now carries. I buy Raw Dark Chocolate Maca & Cacao and it doesn't affect my arthritis at all. I have maybe one bar with a can of Zevia or Nixie twice a week. I feel like a normal person treating myself and have no negative physical ramifications. The parking at WFM is awesome. The restrooms are awesome. Indoor or outdoor seating.
