They support tons of local gems, from Smith's Bakery to Dewars to even some of the local spots that make protein desserts. This location is always busy, but the employees are quick so you're in and out with no problems. Sometimes there's a line, but it moves pretty quickly. This is located in a nice area, but traffic in the area gets congested at times.

It all tasted super fresh and delicious, and the nice folks behind the counter mentioned they had gotten those in that day. I love the gas stations that sell all products from local businesses. I think it's important to support our local stores because they are what makes our communities. They have all the goodies here!!! This gas station is not your normal gas station. They have a little bit of everything in here. My favorite thing about this Sully's is the Smith's bakery inside. Yes I know, Smith's is everyone's reminder of their childhood in Bakersfield... but for some reason I never get tired of the champagne cupcake. It's my favorite here. Other than the goodies from Smith's you can find deals on the energy drinks and also you get a little small reward if you sign up and get a Sully's card. It's kind of a little coupon card basically. I'm not an energy drink person, but I'll get it from time to time for my husband or my oldest son. This facility is clean and the staff is really nice. My last visit here everyone was super cheerful early in the morning. Every time I go inside to pay or indulge myself for a lotto ticket the staff is always very friendly and they have all the usual suspects for a quick stop mini mart. Sodas, coffee, chips, snacks and some other specialty items I saw that they advertise on the door. One thing I've partake in was their touch less car wash. Which I'm impressed with. You drive into and this little screen prompts you to slowly drive in as it sprays off your car the tell you to stop and put your car in park. Then the machine does the rest without touching your car. All done with high powered sprayers and then when done you get to drive through a 2 minute blow dry. And it's a buy 4 get one free with a card they give you and the punch for you. Worth it I think. The whole thing takes about 5 minutes. I just couldn't give 5* because the gas isn't cheap enough for this to be my go to place for fill ups. In a pinch it's handy.

He was friendly, hadn't heard of HP Sauce but walked me to where it might be. No luck. The cashier, a man in his 40s or 50s, was so friendly. Joking with me in a dad joke way then gifting me a little morsel on my way out. The apple fritter contains walnuts and I wasn't informed of that. Most apple fritters do not contain nuts. My co worker had to use her epi pen. When I called the store the young sounding girl couldn't have cared less, she stated very matter of factly that all smiths apple fritters have walnuts, as if someone who has never purchased one would know that. I called just to let them know to inform their customers but it fell Upon deaf ears... so buyer beware if you have a walnut allergy.
