Ended up having a leaking roof, damaged passenger door handle, no interior lights. I'm not finished.. after having the vehicle for about 2 months we got hit by a driver that ran a red light. Impact was bad enough to have air bags deploy if there were any. I feel like they take advantage of people that are in need. Yes I still owe them for my deposit, in which they lied to the finance company about how much the down payment was. It all started with straight lie from them! So just be careful if you buy from here! Great people just shitty cars!

He offered us a deal on a Lincoln MKT (labeled as Lincoln Town-Car, with over 300,000 miles). We liked the deal. He asked us to bring the paperwork by Monday to get the process started, & so he could have time to do some repairs on it (severely cracked winshield, struts, and loud tapping sound in engine). No problem, we agreed. And he knew we would bring the down payment in the following Friday (8/17, today), so that we could pickup the car. Dropped all paperwork off on Monday to Walter his partner. Called on Tuesday to check on status of repairs. Walter said the mechanic was working on it. Visited again on Wednesday, car was still sitting on lot. Called numerous times to speak to Eric, unreachable. Called Thursday morning, Walter said it was out at the mechanics getting repaired. Asked if it would be ready by Friday, he said yes. Went by the dealership Thursday afternoon to try to talk to Eric. Car still sitting in same spot. Eric said the mechanic was backed up with work, but would be ready by tomorrow. I called later on in the evening, trying to get the info on the car to give to my insurance, but no return call from Eric. Voiced my concerns to my husband about the lies & mis-information from these guys. But he still wanted the car. Got paid today, called Eric, not in office. Walter said they have to order the struts, & no other repairs have been done yet. What!!!! Then asked did we have down payment. Yes!!!. Asked him to have Eric call, but he didn't. Told my husband let's look for another car somewhere else. Reluctantly he did. Call to get a clear answer if they were selling us the car or not because we were looking elsewhere. Matthew the lying rude salesman said he doesn't want to sell us the car. A CLEAR WASTE OF TIME!!! Now I understand why it's no one running to this dealership purchasing cars. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. VERY DISHONEST!!!

My experience was far better than many others that have left a review for Texan Hyundai. Perhaps that's entirely down to what salesperson catches you first or if you're buying or servicing. I left a review for another local dealership that sounds an awful lot like the reviews left for Texan. Texan was far better- yes there were some hiccups as all major purchases tend to have but overall, this was an excellent experience. Mauricio Sanchez was my salesman, and he deserves recognition by name for the way he treated my family and me. Mauricio was joyful in all conversations I had with him during the process which spanned about 4 days. He was attentive, showed excitement and enthusiasm, and maintained a positive and helpful attitude. When finalizing the deal, he did what he could to move things along as efficiently as possible, including upping the value of my trade-in a little bit to match my valuation. I have seen some negative statements about the sales manager Chance, but I did not have that experience with him. Chance worked diligently to get financing close to what I had in hand (which I preferred to go in house to make the process easier). Chance and Mauricio found ways to compete with other dealers offers on a very similar vehicle. They worked to gain my business. The process with financing was a quick and efficient process. I had not purchased a car in 9 years so completing it in about an hour and doing a lot of it on an iPad that showed maintenance package and other pricing relatively easy. The overall experience I had was resoundingly positive. I hope that others will find Mauricio and enjoy a similar process that I did.

We looked at some other vehicles, all of which were very dirty. I even found a Pap smear test in one vehicle They tried to charge 800 dollars for tinting on a vehicle they likely didn't do. If they don't even actually clean their vehicles, I'm guessing that they bought the vehicle with the tint on it and tried to charge me for it. They also were super sketchy, changing verbiage between offers to make things look better, and trying to charge for paint protection on a used car that already had chipped paint. Overall not very professional and a huge waste of time. I found a much better dealership I bought a nicer car from for cheaper the same day.

How does that make sense? Not to mention the place itself was not in the best shape it looked like it was a worn down nail salon I'd say to please avoid but hey that's just me‍

My experience at Legacy Ford of Rosenberg was truly exceptional. It was genuine, honest, and comfortable, due in large part to their amazing staff. I knew I was in the right place from the moment I arrived. It started with the way I was greeted at the reception desk - friendly, professional, and courteous. That same approach extended throughout the dealership, from the polite cleaning crew and café staff to everyone I encountered during the process. I even had one employee offer to pay for my breakfast. Those small, genuine gestures say a lot about the culture they've created. The finance department made everything easy, straightforward, and stress-free. I especially enjoyed working with Chris Spisak, my salesman. He impressed me from the moment he introduced himself over text and sent me a personalized video of the Bronco I was interested in. In the video, he walked me around the vehicle and pointed out its features and finer details before I ever stepped foot in the dealership. Throughout the entire process, Chris listened, focused on my needs, answered my questions, and worked hard to make sure what I wanted was exactly what I was shown - and ultimately what I received. I never felt pressured or like I was simply being sold a vehicle. This was truly one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. I look forward to servicing my Bronco at Legacy Ford of Rosenberg and purchasing another vehicle from them in the future. If you're looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend stopping by Legacy Ford of Rosenberg and asking for Chris Spisak. He and the entire team made the experience exceptional from beginning to end.

This is my second Ford I've ever driven, and I'm not used to leaving my car at a dealership for a week for them to diagnose the issue, especially compared to when I take my Japanese vehicles to the dealership and they diagnose it right then and there. Other than that, they take good care of me and my vehicle, though I haven't had any major repairs done because any smart person knows that dealerships tend to overcharge. Aside from some minor issues, they've been solid.
