My girlfriend came in for a consult and exam for a roof canal after suffering tooth pain for almost 6 months. We asked when the soonest we could get treatment was and were immediately penciled in for an emergency root canal. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Le is phenomenal! Full marks for bedside manner, speed, and skill. He came in with an air of confidence, and his performance backed it 100%. After the procedure I had a few questions for the doctor but the nurses were knowledgeable enough to answer all my queries. Great doctor, fantastic staff. 10/10. We have another visit scheduled, and I hope to never need to see them again, but I refuse to go elsewhere after what I saw today. read more

BEWARE! I did not select this place; my primary dentist referred me. My primary dentist had already taken x-rays, therefore, there was no need to take additional x-rays of the same problematic teeth. And since my insurance places a limit on how many x-rays are covered; it matters to me, and my pocket. I gave Delta my primary dentist's phone, and fax number, and I can prove that they communicated in this fashion. I also told them to request the x-rays Dr. Gill's office has already taken. However, Delta's x-ray technician quips "We don't like Dr. Gill's old, antique x-ray machine, so we're taking new ones with our new state-of-the-art machine." I replied "So long as it's covered by my insurance, or it costs me nothing, because I'm not paying for new x-rays of the very same teeth." She assured me, "Oh, I'm sure everything will be fine." Note: I wound up having to be referred to an extraction specialist who claimed "This tooth (bicuspid) came apart in two pieces, split all the way down the middle, and for a long time now; neither of the two x-ray sets caught it." I replied "So, that fancy new machine of theirs at Delta Endodontics failed to reveal the crack? So these x-rays were not even necessary, right?" The doctor replied "No, they weren't." Since that time, I have been harangued by this "business" over the cost of these worthless, unnecessary x-rays of which my insurance will not cover. And since I refused to be price-gouged by these greedy, apathetic sorts, nor will I be fleeced by them; they have sent this matter to collections. I shall now file in Small claims Court to prove their dishonest business practices, and to the BBB as well. I shall return to post the outcome! read more

The staff and dentist is really nice but the complaint is for the mislead of the billing!!!! I got a 10 min consultation done in March that I had no idea it cost $170 otherwise I would just went straight to it. (Billed after 1.5 months) Then in April I was supposed to get a root canal done which was not successful that still cost me $700 out of pocket - and I still need to extract it elsewhere. The root canal itself cost $1850 which I was fine with if it was obviously done but how do I have to pay half if it wasn't completed. What's the point of consultation to see my options? Avoid going to avoid major bills! I regret going so much. read more

If you can-go to the LODI location. I had a root canal at there which I thought went extremely well. I loved their staff and doctor! However.... The next morning eating my filling came out. I was sent to the Stockton location to have my filling replaced. I called and they said they would see me right away. I checked in, waited in the waiting room for AN HOUR- while they saw every other patient. I finally asked what was taking so long and they said "oh she has been waiting here a long time" and They called me back and gave a one second filling cover up...? I had the pleasure of being cared for by Dr. Anand and her assistant Amy. It was my first time getting a root canal and I was very nervous because I didn't know what to expect but Dr. Anand and Amy were extremely patient and empathetic the entire time. They talked to me through the entire process and asked how I was doing from start to finish. After my root canal was done I had to go back to my family dentist for my cap. Upon looking at the x-rays that he took my dentist first words were "Beautiful" lol they were extremely impressed by how great the root canal looked along with the fact that I had no pain whatsoever after it. Although I hope to not need another one in the near future, if I do I know exactly who to go to for compassionate care and high quality work. Had a root canal in January 2023 and told it would cost only $85 (as I have good insurance). However, post procedure I received a bill for nearly $1000. After complaining to the office staff, I was told an X-ray wasn't submitted to the insurance and my initial payment was only an estimate. Never was it explained the initial bill I received was an 'estimate', also they had two weeks to get the billing correct before the actual procedure (that didn't need urgent attention). I found the dentist to be polite and competent; however the billing department needs a wake up call. Why would any company mislead someone like that?! read more

I was suffering over the Christmas holiday with a serious tooth ache and my dentist was not available. By a stroke of luck I was able to see another dentist, Dr. S Gallegos who referred me to Delta Endodontics on Mon. Dec. 28th. I had a fractured tooth and I was absolutely miserable. When I called Delta Endo to schedule an appointment I was given the date of Feb. 1. I explained that I didn't know how I could survive another day much less 5-6 weeks. The front desk staff treats some patients like they are second-class citizens. But one thing they are really REALLY good at, is sending a bill. Dr. THAO LEE does not return patient phone calls. This dentist performed an ineffective surgery on my mother, and said her funds would be refunded. Both the insurance company and my mother have tried multiple times to contact the office, but they turn on their after hours answering service DURING HOURS OF OPERATION. Poor service, while my mother is suffering an infection. If I lived closer I'd come collect this money myself. read more

My general dentist referred me here for an emergency root canal, of course I was definitely not mentally prepared for it as I had no idea I needed one. Her office was able to squeeze me in the same day. I was really anxious and nervous about what to expect, especially as someone with anxiety already. I told Dr. Neri and her team what I was feeling and they made me feel so comfortable. She kept asking how I was feeling and if I was okay, she definitely made sure I didn't feel a thing! I'm giving a one star rating on this, not because of the dentist, who is fantastic, but because of the incompetence of the billing staff there. I've had extensive work done for many years there with no problems and sadly, they seem completely lost now. I was quoted a price back in June for two complete route canals, cores and posts. It included three monthly payments at the end of each succeeding month. As my maximum had been reached I would be paying this out of my pocket but decided that it was worth it even though it was almost $2000 because I love my dentist. At that point they started the work and I paid a $1000 deposit. The balance of work was scheduled for today and two days ago I got a call telling me that I owe substantially more and when I told them what I'd been quoted and agreed-upon back in June I was placed on a very long hold and then Told that that person who spoke with me and quoted the price was no longer with them and they couldn't figure out what she had done and so they were just going to start over meaning that I was not getting the price that I had been quoted. Of course, had I known the price was double the amount I wouldn't of had to work started as I cannot afford to pay for it out of my pocket. However, the office staff person didn't take that into consideration at all nor was any empathy or anything like that shown. The only thing that she showed was apathy and a complete lack of any positive customer service! It's very disappointing to have to find another dentist, but I cannot put up with office staff that is that unprofessional. read more

In February 2018 I had a root canal by Dr. Marwig that turned out to be excruciatingly painful (a low % of people have pain like mine). My disappointment comes with the care I received or lack of attention to the excessive degree of pain I was experiencing. First, I was prescribed pills for the pain that did nothing (tramadol). I had some expired norco pills which I took instead and they ended being my saving grace. On the third day after the root canal, I went back into the office without an appointment to ask for help for my pain and my inability to go to back to work. Dr. Marwig reopened the canal and found some "string" left in my tooth that caused the unbearable pain. There was even more difficulty. The second part of the root canal happened weeks later and during the work the crown somehow slipped off. He did not secure it back on properly so I went through another couple of days living with an ice pack on my jaw and taking norco pills. I actually went in again, and asked the doctor on call for pills that weren't expired. The doctor said, "No" he would not give me new ones. Finally, the crown was ruined so I will have to pay an additional $900 to have a new crown. I wrote Dr. Marwig a letter and asked if he would credit my insurance an amount he would think is fair due to his ruining the crown, but I never received a call from him. I only found out through my general dentist that the contract you sign for the root canal states: if a crown is broken the dr. is not responsible. Those dentists have everything covered don't they? I won't be going back to Dr. Marwig. He failed in understanding and taking care of my pain management. I lost a total of six days of work. read more

My dentist referred me to Dr. Thao Le for possible evaluation for a root canal. Initial consultation Dr. Le recommended to wait a few days as I was in no pain or discomfort. Dr. Le could not have time it better,my tooth became sensitive and when I called the office they set up an appointment the next day. The procedure was successful but what impressed me the most was the level of care from Dr. Le and is assistant Nikki gave me. Both communicate well as an effective and efficient team. They kept me calm during the whole process. They even offered me bluetooth headphones so I could listen to my favorite music from my phone to drown out the noise from the tools they used. The procedure was quick and non painful that I truly believe Dr. Le could do this procedure in his sleep due to his demeanor of always being cool, collective, quick, and in control. Highly recommend this team to anyone who wants the highest level of care when it comes to having this procedure. read more

In the recent past my husband had to under go a procedure at Delta Endodontics, Lodi Office, with Dr. Bianchi. My husband had shared the excellent care and service that was provided from the moment he stepped foot into the office. Little did I know that I would be meeting him and his wonderful team at the Stockton, Deer Park, location just last month. My 15 year old daughter was in Idaho visiting a friend when she has a major issue with one of her molars. As soon as she arrived into town our dentist office was able to get ahold of Delta Endodontics. They were able to see her within hours. Come to find out, she had an abscess and needed an emergency root canal. Step 1 of the procedure was performed that day and we were to return 2 weeks later when the infection was cleared up. Thursday of last week Step 2 of the root canal was in progress when my daughter, who suffers from extreme anxiety, had an attack. Anyone who has anxiety, knows it is paralyzing feeling. But, I was so grateful to Dr. Bianchi and his assistant, both were very kind, understanding and tried to comfort her. Dr. Bianchi has a kindness to him that I feel every patient would appreciate.
