Swung by to get my battery replaced on my key fob. The guy at the parts counter was swamped and there was one lady who came in after me who just kept incessantly asking questions while I was being helped, the sales guy helped her as neat as he could and I felt bad for him because this lady apparently didn't understand how a line works?? I did want to ask about additional services, such as getting a valet key made and maybe looking in to automatic start (I have a Prius and I've been told these things have to be taken care of by a Toyota dealer rather than any old place). Been deeply disappointed with staff AFTER purchase. They took our money and now do not return phone calls. We have had issues with our registration and our title - no one has had the courtesy to call us back to assist. Unclear if submitted paperwork at sale was correct. Left Hector Maltes 3 messages to date with no response. He was attentive until he had our money. Meanwhile, while traveling out of state in Rhode Island, we had a flat tire weeks after the purchase of car - no biggie, just a flat, except, despite being told we had a spare a tire, we did not! This was a surprise. Even the manual says we have a spare tire. Apparently, a spare tire is an additional price at Millennium Toyota. Due to lack of spare - we needed to coordinate a tow and was forced to drive a rental car until dealership near us had new tires in stock. Only good news was that the Toyota dealership in Rhode Island who took care of us was AMAZING. They put the customer service at Millennium to shame. read more

My son drove 4 hours to trade in his car and the salesman called me to tell me the brand new car had mechanical problems and he couldn't sell it to me. Used to be 5 star. Our family bought 4 cars there over the years. I've always had my car serviced there as well. Recently was in the Market for a 2020 Rav 4XLE Premium. I've always been able to work out a reasonable deal and have a non confrontational experience. Disappointed to say, No longer the case at Millenium. I felt rushed during the discussion, and every trick in the salesman book was thrown at me. The experience became contentious and we couldn't agree on a price. We walked. Apparently, Millenium doesn't need my business anymore. I was able to buy the exact car we discussed for more then $1000 less at their competition. Had a great experience at Millennium Toyota this weekend. Ended up trading in a vehicle for a new vehicle. They were extremely fair with my trade in as well as the purchase price for my new RAV4 Prime. Khaled my salesman was truly wonderful. I felt like he had my best interests in mind. My only slight knock was the time it took to sign for the car. Not sure why you have to go in and discuss all options again with the finance people and then leave and wait another hour to go back in and sign? Please be careful. I contemplated writing a review for awhile as I had believed this was pretty much a lost cause but I hope this will help someone somehow from falling for additional fees. After having been a nissan family, my mother and I switched to Toyota. We each purchased a new car in the summer of 2022. I originally went to look at a rav I was interested in. I was in no rush for a new car which I stressed as I was borrowing my dad's second car to get around. I eventually went ahead and decided on financing this car to gift myself on my birthday as I never splurge. While we thought we were getting a "good deal" I have since come to the realization that we were bamboozled, BADLY. A bunch of nonsense fees were added on to the totals on each car which I questioned and was told it is standard. Not once was I informed I could opt out of these. I even recall questioning the final prices as these were HIGH for just a toyota camry and rav with no special features or customizations on either. It wasn't until talking to others after the fact that we realized we each ended up paying just as much as other acquaintances with higher end cars. I went back months later after speaking with others around me to try and come to a resolution. Millennium Toyota said I could trade for another, the catch was I was in negative equity due to all the fees they charged that I only found out after the fact were indeed not necessary. Shame on me for believing in the words of the sales people, we were each down a large amount and settled down for smaller cars the second time to try and save where we could. I called them out on this the second visit as I told them I would have never signed off had I known those other fees were required. They did some nonsense waste of time and cut some bogus fees off the second cars but I am still down the nonsense fees from the first visit. If you are new to dealerships and financing, please bring someone along that may know more about this so you don't fall victim! I am now stuck financing a car that has me in negative equity and I will have paid wayyy more than it's worth. read more

The sales person I worked with - Roger Dumas - was great. He was honest and straight forward throughout the whole process. I would give him 5 stars. However, the finance person I worked with - Gary Iovino - was terrible. I would give him 0 stars. The good news? Getting the Better Business Bureau helped Millennium to focus and honor their commitment to repay me for a missing key. Why it took 10 weeks, 10+ phone calls, a few emails, and my begging is beyond me. 8 of those weeks were -- its in the mail, it is approved, it is in finance. Only when I filed a complaint w BBB did I get the reimbursement committed to in August, 2022. And then there was the -- oh, that is the internet price, not the actual cash price. Brought in my vehicle for service. Of course being a dealership they charge an arm and a leg. I was asked about anything else that they need to check. There was a sound by the passenger side tires that is very apparent. I am willing to pay to fix it but they will not even start without a $149 fee to hear the sound which by the way can be heard a mile away with each turn of the wheel as they drive the car away. This was our 4th dealership we visited and was the most welcoming of the bunch that really seems to want to do a deal that works with your budget. Maria helped us with our purchase and was truly amazing. There are still a few guys here that I wouldnt trust. Barbecues and "special" Fourth of July deals. Think twice before coming to this location to purchase your next vehicle. I'm not the type to make decisions immediately but the sales team here is certainly committed to have you make an impulse decision utilizing all the hype and balloons with free hot dogs and mini burgers to get you to commit to something on the spot without having a second thought about the fine print. I originally came to this location to purchase a used car that online I saw was overpriced compared to what I've seen regarding the same vehicle. I came in to take a test run and the vehicle was average at best. Definitely not something I was excited to buy but I needed a vehicle and if they were willing to negotiate I was ready to make an offer. I needed a co-signer because my credit isn't the best although I do have every bit of proof to show I have more than enough income to pay the asking price for the vehicle. However, my co-signer was uncomfortable as she was not impressed with neither the vehicle or the price this location was attempting to sell it for. We moved on but the salesman "full of smiles" was willing to do anything in his power to try and negotiate an already well overpriced vehicle. Fast forward a couple of days I went to the location that I previously purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry, and my dad has purchased several vehicles. This location was on board with Toyota.coms "speciality" pricing pending the arrival of the vehicle of my choice being delivered in a couple of days since it was not already in their inventory. Already set for purchase, because of circumstances my goal was to find a fuel efficient vehicle at a monthly cost that would save me the most money long term. That being said, my original salesmen from millenium Toyota called to ask if I was still interested in purchasing a used vehicle from them and I stated that I had already made a deal at a price point that matches my budget and what I am looking for. The salesman responded with confidence saying oh "but if you are going to lease a vehicle we can probably beat the price". So I told him my price offer from another dealership and he insisted that there would be an opportunity to beat the price they were offering so I made time to make another visit. I was direct to the point both on the phone and in person regarding my other offer. It was supposed to be $2000 down for a $251/ month payment with a $15,000 a year lease plan. And after much wasted time these people had the audacity to make an offer for the same vehicle at $255 a month with $3300 down. Now I'm not saying there's anything wrong if this is the best you can do, but if you are going out of your way to have me spend my time with you when I already expressed my previous offer, you should be prepared to offer something better than my previous offer. Now there's more. Visibly and emotionally frustrated the sales manager says we can look into it once we have your co-signer present. Meanwhile I told them that my co-signer is ready and willing to sign if their conditions are better than what was offered at the previous dealership. Despite my word that my co-signers were ready and willing to sign and leave with a car this very day he refused to move forward and review numbers about wether or not getting to my price point was even a possibility. Moral of the story, I have many people I personally know who have made a deal with this company not realizing that they are getting bent over with all these extra hidden fees that they misguide your attention away with fake authenticity, balloons, hamburgers and "specials". This location will take advantage of anyone without a basic knowledge of how car dealerships operate and when they are called out on this with mathematical proof and research they look at you as if you are victimizing them meanwhile they are doing this on a regular basis. I don't like to speak negatively about companies out of emotion but I do it because there are many misinformed individuals out there who may overlook this pep rally of a store as something that's authentic when the reality is they are just looking to take advantage of every dollar extra you are willing to give them. I am so impressed with the improvements at Millennium Toyota I had to do this updated review. I have been going to this location regularly for my vehicle maintenance for over a year. Our relationship started off a bit iffy because Initially service did not meet my expectations. To say the least on my first visit I left feeling disappointed and a tad bit annoyed. I must admit Millennium Toyota has done a complete 360. Service has improved 100 percent. I have been consistently using the same Service Representative Tim Gray and he is phenomenal. He is pleasant, personable, professional, knowledgeable and great at communicating the status of the work on my vehicle. The location is clean, beverage area is clean and organized. The overall look of this location has improved greatly. While checking out the new vehicles I had a question about a vehicle on the showroom floor and started a conversation with Louis Porcelli in the sales/leasing department. Louis appeared friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, direct, and honest. He seem to be the opposite of the negative stereotypes of what a car sales person was. He was well dressed, not overly aggressive or forceful, communicative but not overly chatty. I enjoyed interacting with him and almost forgot he was trying to sell me a new vehicle. But I guess that's the objective in sales, so kudos to him he's doing a wonderful job. Louis seem to be good at what he does, so much so am now considering purchasing a new vehicle. Millennium Toyota is doing a great job, I hope they keep up the good work and continue to strive for excellence.
