They previously handled my grandmother's arrangements many years ago, and at that time my parents made pre-need plans. Sadly, when my father passed on February 28, 2026, those plans came into place. From the very first moment, Miller Funeral Home guided us through everything with extraordinary care and steadiness. I want to especially recognize Alex and Vlad, who came to our home the night my father passed. They arrived promptly after the hospice nurse contacted them, and from the moment they entered, their presence brought a sense of calm to an otherwise overwhelming time. They treated my father with profound dignity and respect. Every movement was gentle and deliberate, carried out with a sense of grace that is difficult to put into words, but left a lasting impression on our entire family. They gave us the space and time we needed for our final moments with him, and because of that, those memories feel peaceful rather than traumatic. That is an extraordinary gift. I also want to mention Nick, who was incredibly kind and supportive when we later came to pick up my father's death certificate. Every interaction with the staff reflected the same level of compassion and professionalism. The environment at Miller Funeral Home is calm, nurturing, and thoughtfully maintained. My father passed away on 10/25/25. Miller Funeral Home had his body since 10/25/25. Today is 11/18/25 and we finally received his ashes. Miller staff was friendly, but dropped the ball on obtaining the death certificate. Miller Funeral Home did not advise us of an issue until it was time to pick up the ashes. I ended up contacting the coroner's office to get things on track and moving. We are entering the 4th week and still don't have a death certificate. My father was 90 and my mother is 81 and this issue has caused a great deal of more stress for my mother. I would think twice before using this service. read more

We could not of prayed for a better experience than what we received from the Miller Funeral Home. We worked with Serge and our Chaplin was Greg . I was extremely anxious and stressed dealing with a very unexpected passing of my mother. This was the most perfect , beautiful place to have her services at . We enjoyed a very intimate gathering with some very special family and friends. The area was spread out perfectly for people to share special conversations amongst one another. They offered coffee, tea, water to our guest. As we provided light snacks to follow with reception. We sincerely can not thank Serge, Greg for the utmost professionalism as well as patience. Greg spent so much time getting to know my mother, my family , her family. He gave such a heart touching ,remarkable sermon. They also offer a music video that was able to be live streamed for friends and family to see in other states or locally that could not attend. My mother would not of had it any other way. Worked with these folks after my mother passed unexpectedly as a victim of gun violence. The staff were super knowledgeable about working with the coroner's office, friendly, and responsive. We had a minor communication issue about the hearse doubling as the flower car but not being able to handle all the arrangements from the church and a larger issue about the makeup on my mothers hands but they worked with us to try and make things right. They weren't the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive; Lambert was much higher and I did a full cost comparison spreadsheet from several funeral home price lists. The value we received was well worth it. We also liked that they were under the same umbrella company as Lakeside Memorial Lawn which made it easier to take care of all the details to put my mom to rest. read more

My Father passed away last week and we didn't even know where to start since we've never experienced a death in the family before. The Miller funeral home were extremely helpful and kind to us in our difficult time. David worked our case, he was very knowledgeable and helped us understand and go through the process. They did a beautiful job taking care of the body as well as being on time to delivering the casket and to the memorial and the funeral services. I have so many wonderful compliments to give to Irvin and Miller Funeral Home. After the sudden passing of my father-in-law aboard a Caribbean cruise, we were shocked and had no idea how to proceed in getting his body back to us. Irvin was warm and comforting and so informative in explaining the process. He messaged me outside of office hours to answer my questions and did research on his day off to find a good funeral home in Miami with which he would coordinate the transport. While we tried to grapple with everything and figure out our next steps, he was always there and responded immediately asking how we were doing along with answering questions. We went back and forth about doing a service; Irvin was so patient in discussing the options. We ultimately decided not to do a service, and when I expressed I felt bad as the work Irvin had done was now in vain, he said he was happy to have helped. My father-in-law's remains were shipped to Miller Funeral Home, where we retrieved them and will now privately scatter them. I asked Irvin if we could pay for all of his time and effort, but he would not charge us anything. At a terribly difficult time, knowing that he was such a kind supportive advocate was a big source of comfort. His help throughout this time was invaluable. We were beyond blessed to find and work with Irvin, and I give him and Miller Funeral Home my highest recommendation. read more

Miller Funeral Home from first contact, has gone above and beyond handling every detail of my mother's funeral. I live out of the area and planned the whole funeral over the phone with Irvin. I found him to be respectfully pleasant, caring, and very attentive, he has always promptly returned my calls, and trust me I called a lot! The funeral had to be, all inclusive, upon the request of my mother's administrator, which in addition to the funeral, included the clergy, flowers, and the musician to play Taps at the funeral, and Irvin handled all of these items for me. (I did order the flowers of my choice from a nearby florist and they submitted the invoice for him to include in the final contract.) The funeral was very quaint and beautiful, I couldn't have wished for a better place to have my mother's final farewell to take place. In closing, I had talked to several other funeral homes, and I did not choose them because I felt like they were too commercialized and just cared about the money. This is not so from the first moment of contact and throughout the process with Miller Funeral Home. Jesse was kind and compassionate when he came to get our mom's body in the middle of the night - taking time to make see if we had any questions and that my dad had enough time to say goodbye. Miller Funeral home rates less than 1 star. Never have I seen the departed look so terrible. Ashen white complexion and visible stitches. A 5 year old grandson said, "That's not my Pop Pop." And indeed the body in the casket looked little like the man we knew. Very sad what the showing took away from the bereaved . read more

Miller funeral home was extremely helpful to my mom when we lost my dad. They didn't try to push extra items we may not want, they did give her a brochure of items you can get for memorizing your loved one, she asked about those items first.
