They do not have any one to respond to problems if doesn't occur during business hours. We are on our 2nd lift since 2022. That lift was abruptly removed from being able to repair. And here we sit unable to use the new lift, it's a shame we didn't have this happen before 4:00pm. The website says 430pm but they pretty much left early. We are dependent on them to have functioning equipment. Now my vehicle is down for 3 days and no way to resolve the issues. They need someone to provide on-call services after they close. Our community relies on supportive services to exist.

Today I attempted to order some suspension parts through this store as they are a retailer for HellWig which has a part I'm looking to be able to purchase locally. The employee on the phone seemed confused from the beginning, put me on a hold after i gave him a part number and successfully found the part in their system. I then asked what brand sway bar end links they could order in to go along with that since i was already ordering from them and the employee began to tell me he doesn't even know what a sway bar end link is or what i'm talking about and that they are not a parts store, they just sell lifts. My previous experience to this one; I had stopped in to have my bed cover looked at as it was binding slightly and they "specialize" in bed covers. They dismissed me from the beginning and basically told me to just buy a new one from them. My only successful experience here was purchasing running boards a few years back. 1 good experience out of 3 is quite poor.

I called here and he got me right in, and within an hour and 15 minutes he was done with a job that could've taken a normal mechanic 2-3 hours, and it was done perfectly. He took the time afterwards to explain to me some different things to keep an eye out with my vehicle, and also certain maintenance that needs to be kept up that I may have not been used to with my previous vehicle. All that to be said, he was super nice, but all in all a fantastic person and mechanic. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else, not even the dealership!

After two weeks of repair, the…read morecar looks like it came off the lot, so the quality of work that was done to repair was super impressive, with no noted issues regarding door electronics. Rebecca and Vince were able to provide direct updates regarding repair of the vehicle and were flexible with my schedule for pick up. The Gerber team were able to monitor my car while I was away for work travel, which is super helpful to me. In terms of quality of work, not only did they take out the dented door and replace it with a new one, but they also repaired every warning light that was seen in my vehicle in addition to cleaning out the entire vehicle, which is above and beyond what I expected. I also didn't have to pay above my deductible when working with Gerber collision. They were able to work with my insurance company to address any supplemental issues, so the cost of repair was affordable. I'm grateful for their work and customer service to get my car repaired in an orderly manner.
