Along with my other records, they got insurance approval. Insurance never pays 100 percent so I had to make a deposit before I got my scooter . They went over how to break it down and maintain the scooter. The downside to this whole process is they are very hard to get a hold of. There is 24-48 hours wait time to return calls.

I was told a sliding door would be installed since the flex door I ordered would not fit. Now I have a swinging door which is dangerous and I wasn't even shown the door before it was installed. Now I'm told - what's done is done. The calking and "finishing touches" look like an amateur did the work. There is calking on the paint around the shower, no calking where it should be and too much calking in places which looks horrible especially when it's wet. Also, the crew of one could not understand English. A representative came out to inspect and promised a different crew would come out and correct everything - instead, the same person came out. Not a good experience - very unhappy!
