Also, the manager that wore the dark blue fleece was literally just standing watching tv the entire time. He wasn't helping his team out at all when the entire restaurant was busy. Last night we went out to dinner around 9:00 PM very slow sat in the bar area but at a table. Our server was constantly forgetting everything from our drinks to our napkin to our silverware to our meal. The service was super slow. It was like pulling teeth just to get my husband's beer or my drink or food came out before our drinks did . No manager on site which is a big no-no or corporate because that's not how you run a good business. Our food was disgusting two prime rib, medium rare, and it was stone cold and mine was cooked so well done that I can bounce off the floor. No au jus for the prime rib come with nothing so dry. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog wasted 80 bucks. This place is definitely gone downhill, poor management for sure. The chicken nachos(though very good) were lacking on the toppings and portion for the price, compared to most restaurants in the area. The salad was a really good size, and the queso burger could've used more toppings but was very good otherwise. My 90 year old father and 88 year old stepmom live near Miller's and have been wanting to try out the restaurant since it opened in 2023. We finally made the decision to give it a try on Feb 23rd. We arrived just before 5 p.m. and the parking lot was packed. The hostess told me that there would be about a 35 minute wait which ended up being pretty accurate. We had to wait in the car because there wasn't enough seating for everyone who was waiting. So that's my only complaint. You can't make a reservation and waiting that long is very difficult for older people. Once we were seated, our experience was terrific! We were fortunate to have a wonderful young man, Tyler, wait on our table. Tyler made us feel like we were his most important customers and provided amazing service. He offered help with choosing our meals and we were all very satisfied with our choices (BBQ ribs, Prime Burger with a side of Mac & Cheese, and Mimi's Fiesta Bowl). Everything was delicious! Went for lunch the other day. Service is normally way slower than any other Ale House in Florida but this was ridiculous. Got appetizer in reasonable amount of time. Then 30 minutes later server asked how our lunch was. Problem is we never got it. Left without eating because already took an hour. Please fix this Ale House location, I eat at two Tampa locations regularly where I work but need this one fixed because close to home. I was at Millers on 9/28/24 and was horrified to see the manager kick out a veteran with his service dog. The Manager approached the table after the dog stood up and stretched his legs before laying back down. They were not doing anything wrong and that service dog was on his best behavior. I was appalled and felt so bad for the people and their service dog who were forced to leave. The restaurant was empty as well because it was 11:30 and they just opened at 11. If it was me I would file a discrimination claim. The manager clearly had a power trip. Personally, I'll never come back to your establishment for how you treated a veteran and his service dog. We have had many wonderful meals at Miller's Ale houses up north so had great expectations for newly opened branch in Bradenton, Fl. This restaurant still has some serious growing pains. We arrived at 4:35 on a Thursday and were advised wait time was 25 to 30 minutes. An hour and 10 minutes later we were finally seated in an outside non air conditioned table. Waited another 20 minutes for a waiter. Thursdays and Sundays are advertised as Prime rib special night which actually means it is only available those days at the regular price. About 2 hours after we arrived food finally was served. I ordered the prime rib special Rare but is was served medium. Sent it back twice trying for at least medium rare. Finally was served by the manager who said medium is the best they could do at that time of night. (we had been there well over 2 hours). On the plus side the wait staff was friendly and the fried pork pot sticker appetizer as well as the fish and chips were very good. Was enjoyable evening, aside from hunger pains, in that we had plenty of time to talk with our dinner companions, but restaurant was disappointing. read more

Unfortunately, the chains like this are loaded with Sysco food, products, and less than average fare. At the time of this writing, this is a newly opened restaurant in the staff were very friendly and courteous one can only hope that stays overtime. If you haven't been to Miller's before, I would set the bar equivalent to Applebee's or Yard House. That being said the food is not bad. It's just not extraordinarily good or special. If you're looking for a place to hang out with a couple co-workers on a Friday night this might be it but if you're looking for a nice dinner out with that someone special I'd stay away. read more

The salad they first said oh that comes that way. I had to pull up the menu and prove the zingers are listed as plain on the menu and you **add sauce. Things did get corrected and we did get the right food after another 20 minutes. But what really upsets me is management never bothered to check with us. Two meals and both get sent back because they're wrong and no follow-up from a manager???? I see this place is rated 2.5 stars and I fully understand why. Food is good but the place I poorly run. It seems like they are severely understaffed. They've removed all of the tables from the bar areas. Waited 40 minutes to get seated for lunch. My family ordered 3 burgers and a sandwich for lunch, and it took 45 minutes after we put our orders in for the food to come out. Almost immediately after the waitperson turned in our order to the cooks, I noticed what appeared to be an order of Osso Buco at the counter waiting to be picked up and I thought someone else at another table had ordered the same item. Funny but as I continued to notice, the plate of Osso Buco at the counter just sat there. About 15 minutes later our waitperson went to counter, picked up the plate of cold Osso Buco and brought it to me along with the other items our party ordered. The entire plate of my order was cold and dry but because we had waited so long for our food, I didn't ask for the plate to be redone. That should have been our clue to walk out. But my husband didn't want to inconvenience the rest of our group so he ordered a baked potato and a salad. We inquired if the salads were made fresh or pre-made. We told our waiter that it was important that there be no croutons on the salad and that they not just pick them off of a pre-made salad.
