God awful place and service. Gave this place another shot - came in around 11PM with a group of 10 + hungry and thirsty people. Servers were non existent. Waited 15 minutes not one person came to us for water or drink orders. We were in disbelief. The workers were to busy socializing with themselves. We probably would of been a 300$+ table and great tips. But we walked out. The hostess did not care when we mentioned we had no service. Ok let's recap on this black hole of a lot which seems to gobble up restaurants into its abyss. First we had Golden Corral: food trough for the masses. Wasn't sad to see that one go. Then came Charlie Brown's Steak House which I actually enjoyed, however corporate misappropriation absconded that one away. Did someone not do their geographical research on this doomed property? Anyway, with that said (I digress), I checked out Miller's on opening night. Never having the prior experience of dining at MAH, I was a little perplexed at what MAH actually is going for. An ale house? Not really - although they do serve beer of the mundane sort. A restaurant? I guess - "food" of barely edible and cheap quality is served there. No, MAH is more like "rec hall dining", a cafeteria inside of a basketball court. The enormously vast expanse of this place just seems so unnecessary. Seating accommodates 350 people at one time! Sports fans will certainly love this place with its wall to wall television screens. Probably a fun place to watch a game or grab a late night drink here and there (closed at 2 am), but beyond that, I would not make this a "dining out" destination at all. Large indoor & outdoor seating. Booths are very roomy and have purse hooks at high tables and coat hooks on sides of booths. Menu has many varieties and daily specials. Service was great not waiting time to be seated or served. Our meals came in about 20 minutes. Everyone ordered something different. (see pics) portions were large and tasty. My honey and I shared our meals because I just had to have a taste. The Entertainment for kids is a game machine to grab stuffed dolls. Overall, our dining experience was pleasant and service was great but there's always room for improvement and my suggestion is a little more heating for indoor dining during winter and closer monitoring of door that connects to outdoor seating because there was a constant draft coming in as people exited from that area. Does anyone ever go back to this place a second time? The service was slow and of terrible quality. We sat with dirty appetizer dishes throughout the meal; waited one hour for meals to arrive; of the four meals ordered, one was missing half the order, and another came stone cold and had to be reordered. Waiter never returned to check on us or retake drink orders. Asked to speak with the manager about our experience, but instead was told they would remove the cost of the cold meal, that had to be packaged as take out by the time it arrived.
