I have been here before several times, and the food is always amazing and the servers extremely friendly! However I went in today and was met with unfriendly hostesses. My grandmother came with me and she had a cane, so the high tables weren't possible. We told the hostesses and were met with some attitude. The white host with the red hair took forever to clean off a table and even made a face at a different worker because she had to clean it off. Jason, the apparent " GM " of the store has ZERO table side manners. He should not work with the public , even our crappy server apologized to us & said he's not the best manager to get in situations, but was the only one available. I have been here when the restaurant first opened and several times since. The staff is always friendly, even when you can clearly see the work load is mounting. The food has come out correct every time I have visited and the place is clean. The food is average, like an Applebee's or any other chain place and the menu is reasonably priced, especially the lunch menu. I would definitely visit again. read more

I love Miller's. I've probably been there more times than my fingers and toes. Megan is one of my favorite bartenders there!(I pretty much only go when she works) so I always get exceptional service! I even got to meet one of the managers Paul who greeted me when I walked through the door. They always accommodate me to the best of their ability and even made it possible for me and my friends to get the Prime Rib we wanted after they put it in the cooler for the night. You can tell they are still working some things out but food is pretty damn good and so is the service. That may change when all the corporate trainers leave. Also a crazy amount of food for the price point. My wife ordered fish n chips and she had zero chance that she was gonna finish 7 pieces of fish and probably a pound of fries! I only have two complaints: 1. Very noisy inside not from the guests but the music we were really just guessing what our server was saying. 2. I like a little space between myself and other guests and there is none of that available. Overall between food and service absolutely fantastic. Only giving four stars because nobody is perfect but given a few tweaks it could be close. read more

It was fantastic! Our server was attentive without being over baring. We had multiple managers stop by to make sure everything was good as well. It was a great atmosphere and I can't wait to watch any sort of games there. The food-fried calamari- it was all rings-so my favorite! and served with a asian sauce-not typical marinara or cocktail sauce. It was delicious. I got the zingers-they're hand breaded chicken tenders, but so good, you can tell they're definitely fresh. My husband got "the big red"-basically buffalo chicken sandwich. The chicken breast was pouring over the side of the bun and it's tossed in hot garlic-great flavor. Inlaws got the prime rib special and the pork osso buco. Both loved it. Overall, the food was amazing with huge portions and fair prices. The service was great, and the atmosphere was awesome. Only downside was that we had our 7 month baby and their tall high chairs are still not tall enough for their bar tables, so we had to hold her the whole time. We went there a few weeks ago and everything started out fine. Our drinks arrived super quickly. However, we spent almost two hours there and it wasn't nearly as busy as you would think for a weekend night. We waiting close to an hour for our entrees and the waiter kept making excuses. Once our food arrived it was cold, which signaled to me it had been sitting for awhile. The waiter wasn't truly apologetic. We did order dessert but it came out wrong so we asked for what we actually ordered and the waiter gave us a rude response but did bring the actual dessert we wanted. I found this on yelp while in Murfreesboro for an event. Seen they had a daily special. Well low and behold Thursday was prime rib. So we rolled in and sat right down. Three of us had the prime rib and one had mahi-mahi. The prime rib was excellent and only 14.99. The mahi-mahi was also delicious. The staff was very nice as well. Came in and sat at the bar and ordered a drink which was made very quickly.... after that pretty much had to eat my ice because that was all I was gonna get to eat apparently. She was rude and not attentive, she seemed like she was smoking marijuana and a little irritable.
