What made it even more ridiculous was that he then demanded that I stand inside the store and wait for the order status to update. Even after DoorDash called the store directly and told him to release the order to the customer, he still refused. After hanging up, he used extremely rude and insulting language toward the DoorDash representative.

I was told the price as I was paying with my card. They charged me $39.70 and refused to give me a refund. They said "too late. sales final, I can't help you" when I hadn't even left the store. The berry cherry flavor isn't rare anymore for them to be charging an extra $18 for a biggie. I asked if a manager could help me, they said "I don't know, come tomorrow morning." I went the next morning, they couldn't tell me when the manager felt like working one day out of the week. I was shamelessly ripped off. No help. Don't go here. Cashier's smirky response was "well you should've asked for the price first." Well maybe if this store wasn't lazy enough to POST THEIR SCAM PRICES on the items I wouldn't be having this issue.
