They are also quick to resolve issues: I was buying a Clio yogurt bar and it rang up for $999 vs. $2.69. The employee joked " This must be some kind of yogurt bar!". He was able to fix the error. The store is well organized and clean. It is located in the Hylan Boulevard plaza thus, there are other stores to visit such as Old Navy, Bath and Body Works, and Alamo Movie theater to name a few. I have to say it's better than the ones in Bay Ridge. Highly recommend when you are visiting Staten Island.

Simple questions that should take seconds to answer resulted in long holds, only to receive vague, unhelpful responses. When I asked why the delay for such an offhand answer, the manager replied, "I have stuff to do," which was unprofessional and dismissive of my time and concerns. When I called back to speak with the store manager, he answered with "hello," then placed the phone down and never returned. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I work with pharmacies daily and have never encountered service this poor. Past reviews suggested this location was reliable, which makes me wonder if management has changed. This local 718 number does NOT go to the store - this goes to the call center where you then have to tell them you want them to speak to the store. What is the point of having this number then? And the staff there? RUDE AF. They have sometimes 6-7 people working in the back, laughing and having a grand old time - meanwhile there is a line literally almost out the front door of the store. They move like snails and offer zero help but 100% sick attitude. I have had it. I am switching my pharmacy. The phone service is an absolute joke. You get put on hold for 20-30 minutes just to ask a simple question, and then they come back with an attitude like YOU bothered THEM. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be, nobody communicates with each other, and every visit turns into unnecessary stress. What happened to professionalism? This is a pharmacy, not a high school hangout spot. The staff acts annoyed anytime someone asks a question, and the customer service is honestly embarrassing. I've had better experiences at busy chain pharmacies than this so-called "friendly neighborhood pharmacy." Honestly, I'm switching to CVS. It's closer, faster, and at least when employees have attitudes there, management actually steps in and fixes it. Here, the bad attitudes are apparently encouraged because nobody does anything about it. And CVS calls you to tell them they have your medications and then call you when they're ready. Lev is the truly the most amazing pharmacist I have ever known as he cares about each and every customer and takes the time to completely understand your health needs.
