Not very impressed and probably will not be back. I got the breakfast 2 eggs over easy with bacon and potatoes also white toast. When the meal came out the waitress informed me she did not break my yolk. Ok, like that matters. The yolk was broke so I guess it's ok since the cook did it. The potatoes had no flavor and had a little taste of old oil so I'm guessing they are fried. No butter on the toast so you have to butter. By the time you get this done the toast is cooled and butter does not melt. 2nd meal was a breaded chicken sandwich. This consisted of chicken tenders on a bun. If that was known chicken tenders would have been ordered. Love old back country restaurants but this was not one of them. It did seem like a locals place. I went for supper and breakfast. Millers was recommended by two people. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I was disappointed. The food was okay. Neither the hamburger or sausage patty was hand patted. My husband found the hash browns to be overdone and to be a very small serving. The biscuits were okay. It's inexpensive, old-fashioned and old-timey. A southern diner with plenty of room for truck parking. Most folks who come in are regulars and know the wait staff; don't worry, they'll be nice to you, too. Sometimes the mashed potatoes aren't all that warm and the green beans clearly came out of a can. But I'll give them credit for doing some things well. Their veggies of the day are almost always tasty, apple sticks are *amazing*, especially with fresh brewed coffee and, as someone else mentioned, breakfast is all day. My parents swear by their hamburger steak. The mesquite chicken is my preferred fare here, with fried okra or squash, please. They also have a little ice cream bar at the front of the restaurant and seem to be building a pizza joint side of the business. read more

I've been coming here ever since I was a little kid. I love this place. The food is always good and fresh. The staff is always nice and helpful. I have gotten almost everything on the menu. Nothing has ever disappointed me. The meatloaf, country style steak, catfish, mashed potatoes with gravy, buffalo chips, all salads, even the breakfast is so good! You can get breakfast any time of day too which is great for the people that love to have breakfast for dinner. I will always come back to this restaurant whenever I am in town. read more

I love stopping in at Millers, no matter what time of day the food is delicious! Breakfast? They got it! Lunch? They got it! Dinner? They got it! And their wings are the best in the whole county! We hadn't tried this hot spot before but wished we had! Hubby had the breakfast plate with sausage links. He raved about it. Links tasted farm fresh...not frozen junk. Biscuits and gravy were terrific! I had a pancake, bacon and a side of grits. The pancake was almost the size of the plate! Delicious! The grits! Oh my! Lol I wished I'd ordered more but didn't have the room. Don't miss out on them! Service was fantastic. Friendly folks. Food cooked perfectly and came out fast even tho they were busy. My friends brought me to Miller's and the food was just O.K. The service was slightly less than ok. I asked for a Hot Cocoa with Whip Cream and I was brought a Hot Cocoa with coffee creamer on the side. Then we did not see the server for 10 minutes and it was after 8:30pm and not busy. If you want a Mediocre meal with less than average service, then I would go here with that in mind. If this restaurant was in Massachusetts, it would have been closed down or they would have needed to step up their game. read more

This locally owned business has been here for years. My Mother used to sing their praises back years ago. I never tried it until a week ago, definitely not my cup of tea. I got a to go order but by the time I stood at the cash register for almost 20 minutes it was not very warm. The food is average at best. Not fresh veggies for sure. I can't go back. If you are looking for a low budget place to eat without much concern for quality then this might be for you. Don't order to go if you can't get anyone standing around doing absolutely nothing to wait on you. It's best if you sit and eat it, at least it would possibly be hot at that point. read more

This place is the epitome of good ole southern hospitality. Employees are as nice and friendly as can be, making you feel like you've known them your whole life. The sweet tea is to die for and the food is just like mama cooked it! The whole scene is very homey and gives you that warm fuzzy feeling. We (husband and myself) used to frequent Millers a few times a month, as the food was good and the help most friendly. But, the last few times, the food has not been possible to eat, totally gross to put it mildly, and we have taken it home to feed to our carnivorous animals. What has happened to this nice family restraint? The food was really good and had that homemade taste to it and now its SO terrible!! cooks. We wonder if they have changed cooks. The last time I had their pork chops that I used to really founder on, they had been fried in last months grease. Even the flour they had been coated with tasted OLD!! I hope if they have changed cooks that they get some replacements for them that can cook like the ones before!!! We will NOT go back until we hear the food has improved, believe me. read more

Miller's is a local icon and local feed trough. It is cheaper than McDonalds and is always open. It is run by good folks but for the most part do not come here for great or good food. Locals are very loyal and you always find a crowd of folks here. Again to stress this is an establishment that caters to the local crowd not for those outside of Davie County. read more

We have breakfast at Miller's almost every Saturday and have for many years. They serve a made to order breakfast. You can get eggs sausage bacon country ham pancakes waffles grits gravy and much more. The prices are good. The wait staff is very personable and good at their job. Lunch and dinner is very good as well. They have daily specials as well. But for starters order a pimento cheese burger since Miller's is the home of this wonderful treat.
