First I paid for a new Furnace, AC unit, and tankless water heater. After the install I found out instead of installing the SER 16.2 I paid for they installed a 15.4 instead at my house. Both my father and I were told we had sign up for the service contract and that they would service our equipment for free. In the beginning it seemed like a great deal. I also had my water main break and that was all this initial call was for. I was able to fix the main break on my own and did not need the service. It took Whitney so long that they had already installed the AC and furnace but not fixed the water. When I told Matt I didn't need he stated he had all his profit wrapped in that portion and that I would need to pay another 4k... My father had an AC and Furnace. They did not give him the de-humidifier he paid for because the install tech had a dull drill bit and inadequate tools, it took him 4+ hours to drill through the wall. My father offered a better bit and drill, the employee refused. SO he did not get what he paid for either. Fast forward to the after the first winter and my fathers AC is not working. WHiteny comes out and tells him he has a leak, service plan expired (even though they never came out for wither of us) and he would need to pay them. He then called the office and spoke with the office manager who stated he would not have to pay. Later I call I have to my service completed that I paid for at install (more than $4350 after the additional extorted $4000. ) just to find out my service plan expired and I also will need to pay after they completed the service, not before. I call the manager explain the situation let them know I am not going to pay, they say that's totally understandable, the AC unit should not be leaking when barely a year old. THIS WHOLE TIME THEY BILL ME FOR EVERYTHING. My dads service, mine, just everything. I call ask them for the 10th time to straighten out our accounts, explained again the entire situation to Margot. She says she will fix it, and talk with the higher ups and get this resolved. Instead she then Billed my father for services from MY house and his house! This company is hot pile of crap and is the biggest mess I have ever seen. If they continue to harass us over their fraudulent charges and business practices, we will see them in court. You sold me a 16.2 and installed a 15.4 thinking you were slick. You lied about your service plan, and over charges customers because your employees had poor tolls and improper equipment (Install tech tried to drill through a 12" wall with a dull bit and dead right angle battery drill). My father and I expect an apology. Thank you.

He was here in a matter of minutes, helped me clear the way to the cleanout as I've been sick all year and it was a mess. It didn't take long and he had my main line open and I was able to run water again. I was very happy with the service, especially 3 days before Christmas and I still had baking to do. Sharp Drain Solutions did come to our home to look at a job we were interested in doing. We want…read moreto put a bathroom in our basement and the home is not plumbed for that, so it's a project involving toilets with pumps and sinks with them as well. It's a BIG job, involves cutting a hole in the concrete floor and perhaps changing some existing plumbing. Perhaps it was just too much for Sharp, because we did not hear back from them, when we were promised "you'll receive MANY emails with lots of information for you to look over". We've received none that I know of, despite the fact that we kept checking "inbox" and "junk" of our email. On their, way out, the day of the visit, we were told there was a $100 fee for coming out. That wasn't communicated in any way until then, not on the YELP email, and not on the text communication with them, not when they showed up, not until they were leaving. We're approximately 30 minutes from their office. Another plumber came twice the distance, later in the week, and didn't charge a thing for the opportunity to bid on a job. Despite the complete surprise of being told there's a charge, as they're headed out the door (they didn't take notes and didn't take any pictures of the job either to help with their potential quote), we paid them the $100 fee by card. It wasn't the best experience with Sharp Drain Solutions. We had hoped it would be.
