No one was in line behind me at any point, so I wasn't holding anyone up, but she didn't speak a word to me the entire transaction. She just looked angry and it was very awkward. I work in customer service and I know how difficult it would be to intentionally be that rude to a customer for no reason. When I got home I noticed she scanned my 1 dozen eggs three times, and only voided it once. Since I live half an hour away I decided to write customer service about the overcharge and the interaction I had with the cashier, just wanting at least a credit towards what I paid and didn't receive. It's been a month and I never received a response. I won't go back. Most health food stores are high in price but have great customer service, apparently this store is the exception.
