This place was great. Went here originally for some beef marrow bones for my dog. They have a great dog section and we bought a bunch of stuff. They also had a lot of different spices and tons of meat that we will be trying next time. I've never been to a real butcher outside of the local grocery store and I have to say this place was awesome. First off Zack was incredibly helpful with the 107 questions that I had. I showed up right before they closed and never felt rushed. The two things I came in for were the jalapeno bacon which I recently tried at a barbecue and it is the best bacon I've ever had. I also picked up some fat to render for beef tallow. They didn't have any suet which is okay because I'm just getting started anyway but when Zack check to see if they had any they said they did not however they went ahead and cut some for me right there while I waited which was super awesome. I will definitely be coming back to try some things in the future. Obviously the price is a little higher than what you're going to get at the local grocery store but that's because the quality is definitely better. They also have aged steaks which I definitely want to try at some point long story short definitely give this place a shot if you want variety and quality read more

First time here. Lots of good cuts across the board. The guy that helped me was helpful and professional, plus gave me four heftier cuts. Problem is the lunkhead who thinks he's the head bouncer at a rock concert bossing people around. He told me where I need to stand to pay, not once but twice. Apparently I did not move fast enough for his first demand. The problem is I was already standing less than two feet away from the guy ahead of me paying as I was next in line. I like to give the person ahead of me a bit of space, you know, while they enter their pin code and conduct their private business. I guess that wasn't close enough for wannabe boss guy's liking. If you need me to move, no problem, but you better ask me politely, not demand it from me, especially when I am a patron of your business. Likely will not return. read more
