I visited Millers Vinyl Graphics in person because I need some vinyl graphics for a couple of fleet vehicles. They were polite and the meeting went well having communicated the graphics I needed. The meeting was on Thursday, May 17,2012, and I was told I'd have a quote early the following week. I called a week later after not receiving any communication from the Millers Gfx but could not reach anyone, both by phone and e-mail. I am writing this after having attempted to reach them a final time - an entire month later, 6/15/12. I have called at least weekly, written two e-mails, left multiple voice-mails and cannot reach anyone at Millers Gfx. Negligent, disrespectful, and non-responsive. Would have preferred they never had me visit them and waste my time in the first place. read more

I recently had custom racing stripes installed on a new vehicle and Miller's did an excellent job! No complaints at all about the installation as I did not see any bubbles or uneven edges. I was a little worried about the process going in as I had a bad experience a few years ago with another local shop on a different vehicle. Miller's did a great job with my the custom installation. I would recommend a custom installation over a kit as they have much more control over the quality. It is a bit more but I feel definitely worth the extra expense. My previous attempt at the other shop years ago I had ordered stickers online and had the shop install. Results were awful and ended up tearing them off. It was a pleasure working Mike and Andrew who did the actual installation. I will admit though, they are a bit tough to reach at times by phone so you need to be persistent. But when you are able to get things scheduled they hold their meetings and schedule. I already mentioned to Mike I plan on going back to them with any future projects. read more

Our company needed some custom vinyl signage to for our newly relocated office. The email correspondence with Millers was excellent--they they knew all the right questions to ask to get the job done right the first time around. After we finalized the details, Carrie followed up and let us know when the graphics would be ready. When I went in to pick up, the graphics colors turned out great. Very vibrant colors! Also, Carrie really took care in showing some pointers on how to install the graphics (Millers provides this service too, but I wanted to try and DIY install). The inside of the shop has a bunch of great racing memorabilia. I learned Millers could do full photo wall mural vinyl, car wraps, and graphic design. Millers replaced a black vinyl racing stripe, after an accident damaged it on my Mustang GT, which had been part of a decal package. Carrie turned a quote around same day based on pictures, well before the other two graphics companies even responded. Mike did a great job matching the new work with the old and it blends perfectly. He explained what to expect, so any questions were addressed before I even had to ask. Overall it was good work and a great experience. I would go to them again for any graphics and signs. One thing to note: I Googled the phone number, left a message, and did not hear back right away, so I went straight to the Club Auto Sport website and had no more issues. read more

BUYER BEWARE. On March 4th I ordered $96 worth of NASCAR contingency stickers for my stock car. The season opener was quickly approaching so I emailed Millers Vinyl Graphics twice to inquire about the status of my order. Both emails went unanswered. I then called several times and left detailed messages but my calls were not returned. At this point I was completely frustrated and concerned that I was getting ripped off. Desperate to contact them I had to find a business located in the same building as Millers Vinyl Graphics. I found one and called. I explained my situation to the person who answered and asked this person to literally walk down the hall and hand deliver a message to Millers Vinyl Graphics. I was soo pissed!!! Not that I hadn't received my stickers but that my numerous emails and phone calls were ignored. Finally, On March 22nd, Carrie Weimer sent me an email stating they refunded my purchase and cancelled the order. She also apologized for not getting the order out sooner. What? How about apologizing for not answering my emails and phone calls? In all my years I have never experienced anything like this. And to top it off she didn't offer anything to try and make it right. What a pathetic organization. Several other Yelp reviews had similar experiences which show this is not an isolated incident. Unfortunately, I have to give Millers Vinyl Graphics a one star rating in order to post this. If I didn't then I wouldn't give them a star at all. read more

Carrie is unresponsive to both voicemail and email. Our company had used them in the past for graphics which were okay. We thought we can get reprints easy for our fleet and building since we were an existing customer but I have made so many attempts to contact her via email and email to no avail. Totally ignoring a customer whether the job is big or small is poor customer service. I have been using Millers Graphics for about 4 years now and could not be any happier. I have had t-shirts and polo shirts embroidered with the company logo, I have had many of the foam backed posters made, I have had a couple of banners made, I had glass door lettering with the logo and had a very large enclosed trailer vinyl wrapped with company name and logo and other graphics. Their work is always top notch. The work is done on time even when it was a last minute request and they literally had to drop everything and get it done right away. Case in point, when I needed the trailer lettered, I decided last minute to buy a trailer rather than rent one to go to the SEMA show in Vegas, I had exactly 1 day left for a huge 18 foot trailer to be covered letters and graphics on 3 sides and installed. This was a huge job and I was confident that no one could finish this huge job in such a short time. Sure enough, it was done on time and perfectly installed. Their prices are also very reasonable, and in fact they were lower than others who needed 3 weeks to get the job done. I would not even fathom going to anyone else for any job that I know Miller's graphics can do. read more
